I placed an order online, and although they promise instant email delivery, I have received nothing yet. I checked the spam/junk folders just in case, but nothing.

Update 1: After about an hour of my purchase, I received a download link and instructions.

3 stars for the small delay (despite promising instant delivery), and for making me nervous.

Update 2: What they are selling is suspicious if not illegal, and they are not authorised re-sellers (at least not from Adobe). My anti-virus found a crack/trojan file.

Now, I have requested a refund of 49.99 euros for Adobe Creative Suite Collection 2024 and emailed them again (by the way, they never replied to my first email, but I received an email delivery failure notification from Google Mail).

If I don't get a refund in a timely manner, I will have no other option but to report the situation to the authorities.

Dopo 1 anno di utilizzo le licenze Adobe sono state disattivate. Ho scritto ma non rispondono.

Ho acquistato sul sito in 2 diverse occasioni. Alla prima, il codice ha funzionato solo dopo che me lo hanno cambiato 2 volte. Ho poi cambiato pc disinstallando il programma e reinstallando nel nuovo e non funzionava. Si sono rifiutati di comprendere che non volevo usarla su 2 pc diversi ma levarlo da 1 e installarlo nel secondo. Soldi buttati.

I have placed an order for photoshop cc 2023 license. The website is saying that they will send directly a code after purchase. Unfortunatly they don't and i didn't recieve anything. I triple checked my information provided and checked my spamfolder as wel.

Acquistato una licenza, dopo 4 mesi mi compare "licenza scaduta". Contatto l'assistenza via email, spiego il problema nel dettaglio allegando anche fotografie, e loro rispondo a monosillabi come "ok", "yes", "scrivi su facebook". Vado a esporre il problema su facebook nuovamente mi rispondono con "yes". Tutto questo ovviamente con tempi lunghissimi, anche 24h. 0 stelle si meritano.

I bought an ANNUAL Adobe Creative Cloud license and after 31 days my subscription was DEACTIVATED. Of course the maximum time to request a refund from the site is 30 days, so I was scammed and LOST THOSE MONEY.

They are scammer. Few time you can use it . Than not more. WhatsApp is not going and you get not your money back.

Don't do business with Allsoftware.org. The software is infected with virus, and you probably don't see your money again. Avoid!

All'inizio pensavo fossero affidabili ma è SOLO UN TRUFFA! Non acquistate nulla! Inviano licenze che sono delle prove a scadenza programmata (tipo Adobe Creative Cloud che puoi prendere in prova per 30 gg); fanno così 2-3 volte creando nuovi account di prova che ti dicono di usare di usare di volta in volta per "risolvere il problema. All'inizio rispondono in tempi più o meno decenti) ma quando gli fai capire che hai il sospetto che ti stiano fregando non rispondono più.
Le recensioni che vedete "positive" sono per lo più di gente che come me all'inizio sembrava fosse tutto ok e una buona parte sono dei "bot". Non solo hanno fregato me ma anche un amico al quale avevo girato il sito per acquistare un software ancora ignaro della fraudolenza del sito: non gli hanno mai mandato nulla né risposto ai solleciti.
