Bought digital service, Never received the product It has been over a month. I sent 4 Emails and no replies, tried even calling the chargeable number and goes to voice mail. 124k YouTube subs and scamming people. I should've read the other reviews before purchasing as so many people mentioned he is stealing money and items and ghosting. reporting to trading standards and raising bank dispute for scam service. Avoid at all costs. disgusting.

send my ps5 for repair and got it back working within a few days. very happy with the price he charged me too

Unfortunately there is no way to contact the company. I have tried to return the item but there is no response to emails and contact form. For next time buy with Paypal or Credit Card to keep possibility of return the item.
A bit strange that the company does not exist on google maps

Phill found the issue, fixed it and sent me a screenshot of the working console on whatsapp. He then chatted on whatsapp for a bit, sent me an invoice and popped the console in the post for me promptly. Personable chap, great at what he does, prompt service - what more do you want ! Will definitely use Phill again.

Tried contacting for repair work and was ignored completely no reply to email, no reply on WhatsApp. If someone runs a business or public service channel, basic communication is the minimum. Not responding to customers is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for people’s time. I wouldn’t recommend approaching them if you expect reliability, courtesy, or even a simple acknowledgement.

Excellent service in helping with a phone that had been hijacked by malware. Mark could not have been more helpful and went the extra mile to resolve the issue.

After following Philip on YouTube for quite some time, I had need of his services after I ballsed up a connector replacement on a PS4 pro motherboard, took exactly one week from arrival at his premises to fix and get returned to me, I am more than happy with that, as I know he does get a good stream of business, 100% would recommend and use again in future

Sent him my PS5 over 6 months ago and never got it back. He ignores my emails, phone calls, and messages. This guy is a criminal and needs to be locked up, taking people's hard-earned money

I first found out about Philip through finding him on YouTube.
I generally liked his workmanship and content, so felt encouraged to reach out to get some work done on my Nintendo Switch.
I reached out via email to which I received the first response within only 2 days.
I then reached out to Philip with a few more questions related to the job and he never got back to me. I sent 2 more emails over the span of 1.5 months and have just been ignored.

Seeing all the issues other people have experienced this seems like a reoccurring theme with Philip which really doesn't encourage me to send him my device or use him as a repair technician...

Well what can I say philip is amazing polite friendly and fair prices fixed my phone no problem fast and friendly from phones tablets old gaming tech and new he does very good service straight to the point 2 thumbs up you won't be disappointed top bloke

Absolutely disgusted with this man, no reply to emails or phone calls. Website is always unavailable and the link to our order. He has had my sons switch for months now and no further on to resolving the issue. My son is autistic and this switch is his life, how anyone can keep taking on work and never doing any is beyond me. We are not all made of money so a replacement is not viable. I would avoid at all costs unless you want to join the queue of very unhappy people. Just send the switch back if you are too busy to repair it!!!

Order number 3337 never bothered to deliver or refund or answer emails. Avoid this.

Amazing service - tried to get my PS5 fixed somewhere else who couldn’t fix it, but Phil worked his magic and fixed it (same day service!) and sent it back within 24hrs. Magician! Highly recommended.

Fortunately for me I live 20 miles from Phil, so I delivered the console personally. He repaired it within 4 days, stating mine was in a queue of 15 repairs!
