I used concicast taxi service only once, and then to my surprise they charged me 49.90€ twice from my bank account without any authorization. I immediately contacted their customer service, but after sending several emails and making calls, they did not resolve the issue. They only refunded part of the money and never returned the rest.
The customer service is completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional. It feels impossible to get proper support or even a clear answer from them.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Consicast they will take your money and ignore you

même scenario, JE TENTE une réservation taxi annulée immédiatement. Prélèvement frauduleux de 49.90 pour 2 mois consécutifs malgré mon annulation immédiate. Après mail incendiaire et appel on me 1 mois et pas les 2, bien évidemment j'ai dû faire opposition à ma carte bancaire. Si pas de remboursement dans les prochaines 48h je ferai intervenir le service fraudes de la banque. ALLUCINANT! Fraude à dénoncer au plus vite!!!
