Abo-Falle bei Taxi-Buchung?!
Ich habe am 26.10.2025 in Sevilla versucht, über die Webseite ein Taxi für sofort zu buchen. Außer einer Testabbuchung über 0,01€ funktionierte die Taxi-Bestellung nicht. Stattdessen brach der Vorgang/ die Webseite an dieser Stelle ab. Ich erhielt keine Information über eine Buchung oder den Abschluss eines Abonnements per Email. Nach 3 Tagen wurden dann 49,90€ von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, ohne meine Zustimmung oder eine Information.
Ich habe mich per Email an Concicast gewendet und von dort eine Rückzahlung eingefordert.
Das Ganze sieht leider sehr nach unseriöser Abo-Falle aus.

Le chauffeur qui est venu me chercher était à l'heure, était prévenant, discret sympathique. La course était parfaite. La voiture très classe et très confortable.
Je trouve toujours la course un peu chère 30 euros les 7 minutes mais bon. Merci

Charged card without agreement
Tried to order a taxi however after entering all my details we didn’t get hooked up with a taxi. Two days later I was debited with a €49.90 transaction. Luckily my bank caught it but I was left in Spain with no credit card.

SCAM ALERT - Don't go near!
In common with many reviewers here, I have been ripped off by this company. I went to book a restaurant and they came up as a third party booking service. I clicked through, sanctioning a penny fee, but they have now charged me a £40+ "subscription" fee and are bombarding me with emails. Don't go near them, you've been warned.

My experience similar to others. I was making a restaurant booking and this is how they got my details. Initially I was charged 1p and then a couple of days later more the £40 for a “service” I never signed up for. There was no table booking made and the restaurant had no record of me or them, so no derive at all…..

Unauthorized Charges and No Service Provided
I used this company’s website on 27 September 2025 to book a taxi while in Lanzarote. They said they would contact me once the taxi was ready, but no one ever contacted me and no taxi ever arrived.
They took €0.01 from my card during the booking, which was never refunded, and since then they have been trying to take €49.90 every week from my account — even though I never received any service and never subscribed to anything.
I have never received any email or text about any kind of subscription or membership. My bank flagged this as suspicious activity and blocked the payments. I had to freeze my card to stop further attempts, and I’m now afraid to use it.
This behaviour is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid entering their card details on this website.

Realicé una reserva desde la web de un restaurante y aparecieron como intermediarios esta empresa, tuve que poner mi tarjeta como en otras ocasiones por lo que no sospeché en absoluto
Me cobraron 0,01€, esto sí que me extrañó porque normalmente es un cargo de 0€
No paraban de llegarme sms’s como que mi reserva se estaba procesando y al día siguiente y ya en el restaurante hasta tuve una llamada desde un fijo de otra ciudad preguntándome si la reserva había sido correcta
No pensé que tras esa reserva y pasados 3 días vendrían otros cargos por 49,99 de una suscripción a la que ellos dicen dan por hecho que me he suscrito
Mucho cuidado porque la información no es clara ni precisa
Por suerte y como no paraban de llegarme mails me había dado de baja unos instantes antes y el Pago salió denegado
