Complete Shutters & Blinds Omdömen 

Awful. Parted with a huge deposit and no shutters. Ordered our shutters (for 6 windows) in March, a huge deposit was taken via what’s app and as yet no shutters fitted (after many many failed attempts of contact and chasing on our part!)
Reading other reviews we are not alone it seems.
UPDATE: Due to deliver them today in person after suggesting we fit them
ourselves just to get some sort of closure. Guess what, no show. And no communication. Just awful service .

This is my second instalment with Danny and his team and once again I am over the moon! I am a very fussy women and I drive them mad, but once again the quality of product and workmanship is amazing, I will be brace for the extension as soon as it’s finished. Thanks again guys you are amazing!!

Cannot recommend this company enough!! Customer service was amazing from start to finish. They listened and designed exactly what I asked for and all at a fantastic price. Thank you all so much, especially as it was a rushed job seen as I’d already been let down by another company. My in laws were over last night so I’d expect a call today from them!! I have no issue with the quality or delivery of the work.

They just cannot seem to organise a visit to fix a broken slat in South Woodford. No word of a lie, I have been chasing them for TWO years. Complete Shutters have made promises and commitments that they have failed to honour; they just cannot seem to resolve a very simple issue.

Update: I AM in correspondence with you and after giving you an ultimatum (and then a long period of grace) I left this accurate review. I have been in correspondence with you for 2 years and Complete Shutters now has a solid history of 'no shows' and excuses. I have to let other unsuspecting clients know about what to expect from you.

We've just had cafe-style shutters fitted to our first floor kitchen /diner and full-size to our downstairs entrance hall and are delighted with the result. The shutters are of a great quality and the fitters were professional and very efficient. Daniel and Pippa kept us posted about some delays; there is a long wait anyway due to the import process. We have another set of shutters arriving soon for our sitting room and I would not hesitate in using the company again.

After a recommendation from a good friend, I asked Complete Shutters to price up 'Plantation Shutters' for all the windows on the front of my property. I gave a '5 Star Rating' because the response was prompt, accurate and the sample shutters gave me a good visual of the finished look. Moreover, the finished product quality is top notch.

On an added note, the fitters were clean, efficient and friendly which in my eyes is a bonus.

I have had shutters fitted by complete shutters last week and I am very very pleased with the shutters and the fittings. I read the reviews only after I paid the deposit, and to be honest with you it really alarmed me reading all the negative reviews it really put me off, after which I got in touch with Daniel and wanted to cancel my order because I was so upset thinking what have I got myself into. I’ve experienced the excuses and lack of communication from Daniel which made me extremely angry and upset. However, after speaking to him and given that he was in a little bit of a pickle with his business in terms of lack of staff and issues with manufacturers delivering during Covid I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and go ahead and have the shutters fitted anyway. So I waited until the delivery date to see if they actually turn up. The shutters came on time and was fitted perfectly. The fitters were very lovely, as well as professional, they just got on with the job and cleaned up After they were finished so I was very pleased with that. Although I have experience that a lack of communication from Daniel he did eventually redeem himself above all he threw in some blinds for the rest of my windows as a gesture of goodwill. There is no doubt that Complete Shutters are extremely affordable in comparison to other blind/shutter businesses. I have had about five quotes from different companies all overpriced. Complete Shutters was the only company that offered Everything I wanted within my budget and to be honest with you it was a complete bargain. I think now Complete Shutters are back on their feet and running a professional business. I cannot fault Their workmanship and they did deliver what they promised. I am over the moon with my shutters and blind. I really hope they continue their good work I don’t think anyone would complain about the end result. I do understand that you can’t please everyone and some people may encounter a few hiccups just like you would with a lot of companies but if you persevere like I did you will be very pleased with the end result. We are very happy with the service we've received from Complete Shutters. Daniel went through the options with us clearly at the time of the survey, and came back promptly with the quote based on our choices. As someone else has noted, the wait for the shutters to be manufactured and delivered was a few weeks longer than usual due to Covid, but it was well worth it! The team came to install them as scheduled, and were very professional and polite. The end result is just what we were looking for, and we have no hesitation in recommending Complete Shutters.

Complete Shutters had installed shutters at my friend's house so I knew what to expect. Dan was very helpful at explaining all the pros and cons of each materials and options available for the shutters.

Due to covid, the delivery took longer than usual but the installation date was exactly they scheduled for.

The quality of the installed shutters was identical to my neighbor's shutters which they got from Hillarys and paid a fair bit more for.

Excellent service and quality product! The cost of the shutters was much cheaper than other companies. They were fitted in less than 2 hours and the fitters were friendly and tidied up afterwards, leaving no mess. A positive experience indeed.

Both times I can’t fault the service, I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but my experience has been nothing but pleasant. Fantastic and professional Service right from the off. Arranged survey in the home and ran through the options with good samples, hinges etc. Quotation and programme of works agreed and a high quality installation completed on time with no issues. Highly recommended for any home or commerical business and the customer after care is awesome.
