OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Unfortunally I only received a partial delivery on a Friday, due to issues with the courier company.
Damian and Magda, were not prepared for me to spend the weekend with any bed to sleep on.
This family business went over and beyond to correct an error that was not even their fault. Damian drove from their warehouse in north-west Essex to south Wales and personally delivered this missing items. Not only that, he stayed and assembled all the furniture.
Yes we all make mistakes, we are human. The difference is how you resolve those mistakes. I no longer think of the disappointment of the partial delivery. What I do remember is how this small family business put a customer at the heart of everythig.
The quality is amazing, I just wish they did lounge furniture aswell.
If you are looking to get new bedroom furniture I highly recommend Nodax. Yes there was issues with the original delivery, but its the way that delivery issue was resolved is my impression of Nodax.
Damien and Magda you should be proud, I wish you all the best with you business thank you.

I wish there were more stars available, particularly for the customer service, which was incredible. Magda and Damian went above and beyond expectations to get this bed to me on an aggressive schedule, and make sure that it was delivered and assembled to perfection. The bed is gorgeous, a lovely design and the wine colour is everything that I’d hoped for. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, a wonderful experience from start to finish.

What an absolute pleasure to be a customer and buy a bed from this company. I couldn’t recommend them or compliment them enough. The product quality is excellent and durable as promised. But what impressed me was the outstanding customer service and the best part was Magda .While placing the request i was not even sure that the product would be delivered before Christmas, but team Nodax and Mr Magda made it possible. My furniture was delivered within 24 hours and the fitting was competed on the same day .

Beautiful bed from a lovely family company
Firstly, this is a small British company selling exactly what I was looking for i.e a self-assembly natural pine bed at an affordable price. The bed itself certainly hasn't disappointed, sturdy and well made it came with all the required fixings (none missing!) plus a wonderful little ratchet 'screwdriver' (for hex head screws) in case you don't own a socket set yourself. The assembly was really straightforward (although the diagrams could perhaps have been a little clearer and more detailed) with cleverly designed fastenings and took two of us less than an hour from start to finish.
Secondly, customer service regarding the (free) delivery was excellent, I was able to specify a preferred day and everything arrived within the time slot in two manageable boxes.
I'm delighted with my purchase and would certainly recommend this lovely company to anyone.

Bought the Sirius bed. It’s a really strong bed. As a wavy person myself, I needed a strong bed for good support. With a good mattress this is the perfect bed combination and it is the only bed frame that they have that has a life guaranty. It is worth every penny.

The customer service was excellent with this company. I wasn't sure of the measurements but Damian really helped me achieve the right size. I couldn't be happier with the slats because they are of great quality and fit perfectly. They were delivered personally and with care. Sturdy Wooden Bed Frame with Exceptional Support from Magda
I ordered the Nodax Small Double Bed Frame through Amazon Marketplace, and although there was an issue with the courier, Magda went above and beyond to resolve the situation. She was incredibly responsive and proactive, taking matters into her own hands to arrange for an alternative driver to deliver the bed frame just in time—right before I had to move out of my old place.
I had expressed my concern to her that if the bed didn’t arrive on time, I would have no bed to sleep on, and she made sure to get it to me promptly. When the package arrived, I assembled the bed frame myself (I’m a female in my late 30s) and found the process to be straightforward and easy to follow. The bed is extremely sturdy and well-made.
I opted for a wooden frame because I prefer to avoid metal due to concerns about EMF conduction, and I’m really happy with my choice.
Overall, I highly recommend both the bed frame and the excellent customer service. The product is fantastic, and the proactive service from Magda truly made all the difference.

Nice quality bed delivered on the day requested, well packaged and very easy to assemble.
Would have given five stars but one of the side panels arrived split. However, a new panel was arranged within two days to replace the broken one. Nodax were excellent in dealing with the issue.
