Had not heard anything from the company or delivery company after the 14 day delivery window time had ended. Had to chase up the order with the company but to be fair they did sort it out quite quickly and phoned back when they said they would. Heard from the delivery company the same day and delivery was booked. When the item arrived it was flat packed in two boxes and required assembly. Also was asked to sign on a phone and there was no opportunity to say that inspection was not allowed by delivery company. This would have been very difficult as it took quite a while to unpack the boxes. That it was flat packed and required assembly is not stated on the website. The table looks OK but the wrong number of washers were provided and had to purchase more to put the table together. Also there were no holes drilled in the legs for the screws. This would have been a challenging assembly for someone with little or no DIY knowledge.

I liked the quality of the product and the delivery was on time. Very pleased overall.

Exceptional customer service, after phoning to discuss some details of a set of tables with a really lovely & super helpful member of staff I placed the order. They arrived less than 24 hours later and are absolutely gorgeous. One of the best shopping experiences ever. Well packaged, great price, you can shop with confidence. Love my monkey tables!

A simple search on the internet lead me to Ellis and the photo looked what I was searching for. I wouldn't normally order furniture without seeing it in person however I too a chance and ordered and was pleasantly surprised at the quality sideboard that was delivered.
