I will be using this service every 3 months to check if we can get a better deal on our electricity. The first time we used it our monthly bills of $500 were nearly halved. It was a quick and easy process and the person on the other end of the line was calm and personable. Great free service.

My experience was second to none!
When I first looked to connect my electricity I called up one company directly. They were rude, unfriendly and really didn’t care to explain anything to me.

So I googled some alternatives, to find this company with an easy online form followed up by a polite text message asking if I needed help finishing my application.

When I called up to finalise my provider everything was consistent, the salesperson knew the product and even after me asking very simple questions she had the patience to explain everything to me clearly.

It didn’t take even 15 minutes for me to finalise my application and get connected for my new home.

I would highly recommend this company to anybody moving or just looking for other options for a better deal.
