Very pleasant and professional. Got me onto a new energy plan quickly.

There is no comparing going on there they only connect electricity with Origin. The rates they offered me were well above market rates, I was able to connect directly with a different electricity provider at well below market rates.

We had the misfortune of changing providers with them about a year ago. Low and behold, after we signed up and the cooldown period was over, our gas price nearly tripled.
It took months of arguing, this lot were of absolutely no help but we finally managed to get the price down a bit on the outstanding bills and change back to our old provider.

Fast forward to now, and we still get AT LEAST 3-5 calls a week from them, including messages demanding we answer when they call us. If you speak to them they just talk over you with their script, and hang up when you ask to be removed from the system.

This company needs to be closed down for dishonest business practices and nothing short of harrasment.

It’s is time waste signing up with these guys. Promise to provide gift card it’s past 2 months and no gift card. Now states to wait for 90 days. They are scammer I would never recommend to this company at all.

Also the customer service do not know there policy refers to read it by myself what a useless service.

So easy and efficient. In 15 minutes, a new energy provider was identified and the process to transfer across was actioned. Just waiting on the new provider welcome pack.

I never thought I would accept a service such as this.
But ever so helpful and took an added burden off my mind.
So pleased and grateful Compare & Connect were referred to assist me

So glad I rang these guys. The customer service officer I had was so informative and patient as we went through my bills. In the end I ended up staying with my same co. as they were the most competitive and he was able to put me on a Lower plan which I didn't even know about. Great service Straight to the point

Fast, friendly and efficient service! Explained in simple terms and the transfer was completed quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of switching their energy providers.

I just wanted to say Thank you to Sarah Mourad who recommended me to use the compare and connect website I have solar panels at my house and found great rates with OVO which has now gathered $1000 credit on my bills I haven’t paid a electricity bill because of my credits 👍👍 👍

I've used this company a few times when energy companies put my rates up. It's easy to find the cheapest plan out there and change over to it. It's saved me hundreds of $$$ each time.

False & misleading advertising. Offers a plan not in the 10 recommended when you fill in their website form AND it's DEARER. They DONT respond to any emails. Up to 10 so far asking for answers. Shocking customer service.

The experience of using Compare & Connect was quick & easy! Only time will tell what the new energy provider is like. I'm hoping to make some good savings! $$$

This was an annoying experience,

I understand my real estate had handed over my information for you to help me connect but I have receive 4-5 phone calls from different people with this serving in one day. Then more through out the week. After my partner called back to say we will call back soon I just couldn’t as I was working those hours again annoying with the constant calling and voice mails.

I ended up just doing everything online dont and dusted right no they still constantly called me after being told 3 times to stop everything has been connected this is near on harrasment and I will not be using this service again

Had an amazing experience dealing with them. Easy to connect services and I would surely recommend them.

Scam Factory - limited choices and high prices be warned!

Signed up to both gas and electricity through compare & connect due to a promo they were running. Once they got their commission they refused to honour the promo. Steer clear of these tricksters!

I initially thought some of these compare sites add no value - I was very wrong with compare and connect! Such help, attention to detail and making the whole process better. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, easy process, will definitely use them again. I searched online via Compare and Connect before someone phoned me so I had the details of each option in front of me while he talked me through it and answered my questions.
