Manny came out on may 20th and replaced a switch, everything is working fine now . He was very professional , courteous, and got the job done in a timely manner.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They wasted weeks of my time with no communication or follow-up after collecting all my details for a split system installation under the government rebate.
After nearly three weeks of silence, I was contacted again and asked to repeat the same information. I was promised a quotation the same day, but instead was asked to provide even more details, including photos of the existing system and floor plans.
Only after all of this did they come back and say the job was “not doable” due to factors like the property being double-storey and having a flat roof — details that were already evident or should have been assessed much earlier.
This shows a clear lack of organisation, communication, and technical understanding. It felt like a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.👎👎👎👎

I had an excellent experience with both the installation process and the after-sales support. From start to finish, LES team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation itself was smooth and efficient. and the system works perfectly. What really stood out was the after-sales support. The team has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. Any questions or minor issues I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly, giving me complete confidence in their service.

They are very good at helping people

First time turning on the AC on a hot day, 4 days after it was installed. I used the mode button to switch to cool air, put the degrees to 17. It starts to blow out fan air, not cool air. 4 days later and still doing the same thing.

Been trying to get answer from these guys, no one can give me a straight answer let along when they can come out and fix it.

This is rubbish! How do you guys run a business like this? It's taken this long and I'm still waiting on a response. I don't recommend anyone to sign up.

But when you need something done by me, you call me 3 to 4 times a day till I answer. Meanwhile when I call you guys I'm on the phone for 30mins waiting for someone to pick up.

My first payment is next week and my ac doesn't even work. What a load of crap

STOP calling my mobile number to sell your services.

Local Energy made the organising of the reverse cycle airconditioning very easy with no stress. The installation was done on time and all rubbish taken away. The system and price was great.

The installation was undertaken by a professional company. We are happy with the savings we are getting vs old gas heating system. Daniel at LES was very helpful.

Unlike other the sales person was responsive and made sure the installation goes as explained during sales process.

The workmen were very polite and respectful . They explained the oroceedure and told me when electricity needed to be cut so I had noticed. Would welcome these guys again.

As we have split level with a double story section, it was a very difficult install.

The results at the end of the day was magic we could not be happier with the team and commend them on the work in the cleanup they did afterwards.

The guys installing the split system did a great job no fuss. Showed up on time and did the job within the time they said. Using my rinnai split system is easy to navigate but the first day I had to turn it off and on 3 times before it started once the letters df came up on display I’m guessing it meant default so not sure about the system yet

I am very disappointed with the approach and attitude of the installers. Despite initially confirming that the existing air conditioner would be removed — and including the associated cost in the invoice — the task was not completed. When questioned, the installers claimed they did not have time to do it, later changed their explanation, increased the price, and said the removal would be done in two weeks with additional $400. I have not received any follow-up or communication.
This lack of follow-through and shifting of responsibilities is unprofessional, and the overall behavior of the installers has been unsatisfactory.

The whole experience was smooth. The installation team was very professional. The experience with the sales team was very good as I was provided all the details as well as they checked back after the installation to make sure everything was working fine. The installation was done on the day finalised without any delays.
