AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY. Total Scam. Take your money and then either don’t send the goods or send something that’s worth less than 10 percent of what they have stolen from you. Takes forever for customer Service to get back to you, say all the right things and then don’t do anything. Order Number 101724

Easy purchase

Easy purchase, great products and wide range of products. Delivery could be a bit quicker but an overall great place to shop

AVOID

AVOID - ordered three of the same hair dyes with buy 2 get 1 free. i need 3 tubes for the whole head application. they sent me 2 tubes with no explanation or slip inside to advise what has happened. i got in touch with them and the customer service is so unbelievably slow and they advised the colour was out of stock now for 3 weeks and they could send another one after that date.
i asked if would be sent next day delivery and they said no standard delivery. that would be too long so i asked what colours they do have in stock which are similar in case i can mix them and it wouldn’t make much difference - they advised me of a colour which is not similar at all and i confirmed this was not suitable and to send me a return label.
i then had the colour turn up in the post which i said was NOT suitable? took forever to finally get the 3 tubes sent back - i then had a refund notice from paypal minus the postage even though this was all their fault and the refund has now been cancelled their end! so i have no dye and no refund. customer service is shocking. i just wouldn’t even bother with them absolutely awful.

I am very happy with my purchase

I am very happy with my purchase, I bought olaplex 2 and it was jenuine as it had a QR code. I don't put 5 stars as it delayed by 2 days and I called them to see when I will receive it. However I am happy as I tried in amazon to buy the same product and it was not jenuine.
