BEWARE POTENTIAL SCAM
I recently made a purchase using Apple Pay for 2 units of Magenta Hi Colour and 20 units of VOL Developer from CW—based on their reputation from The Range. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of their service.

Immediately after my purchase, I received no confirmation or notification email, which is already a red flag. A few days later, I received a poorly drafted email indicating that my delivery would be made via Yodel. Shockingly, the invoice attached to that email omitted the specific items I had ordered.

When the delivery finally arrived—two days later than the Express service I had paid for—the package contained only questionable-looking dyes in worn boxes that bore no resemblance to the products I purchased. In fact, none of the items I ordered were present. Moreover, I was charged nearly £70, whereas identical products are available on Amazon for around £35.

Under the Consumer Rights Act and relevant consumer protection laws, I believe I have been misled and overcharged. I reserve all rights to seek legal recourse and report this incident to the appropriate authorities if a satisfactory resolution is not reached.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly verify the credibility of this seller before making any purchases.

You bought two items, two L'Oréal HiColor Magenta with 20 Volume Developer. We mistakenly sent one L'Oreal HiColor H5 Soft Auburn and one L'Oreal HiColor H6 Light Auburn.

When we discovered, we offered to send the correct item. But you refused. We offered you the best customer resolution we could.

Once the products arrive we will fully refund you.

No longer recommend

I placed an order on 10.02.25 and to date, I have not received my items even though the money has been deducted from my account. I have emailed and left voicemails and absolutely no response. Extremely frustrating and disappointing as I have been ordering from the company for a while.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

I made a purchase two weeks ago on a Friday. To date have not received an order confirmation despite the money leaving my account. Absolutely no response back despite multiple emails, calls and voicemails. Very, very disappointed.

I ordered hair dye which was “in stock”…

I ordered hair dye which was “in stock” and paid for it plus a delivery charge.
I was then informed that it wasn’t in stock and was given a partial refund which was the cost of the dye but not the delivery charge.
I have sent an email asking why and haven’t received a reply.

BE AWARE, SCAMMERS

BE AWARE, SCAMMERS. The products were poorly packed, most likely damaged. It was sent bursting and the paint was chipped. There is no customer service. There is neither a telephone nor an e-mail address. Even if you write to info@ mail, there is no answer. Even if you write from the form, no one returns. There is no help with refund or return. Complete scam and fraud. Do not buy anything here.

On 08 February 2024 I ordered two brown…

On 08 February 2024 I ordered two brown hair products for dark hair and a developer. On the 08 February 2024 the Colourwarehouse took £47.89 from my bank account. To date I never received my order. I emailed Colourwarehouse about 2 weeks ago asking where my order was but never received a response. I have emailed them again informing them I will be taking action against them.via my bank. They have stolen money from me as they never delivered my order.
