I ordered for a ridiculous price and it never came. It’s now been a month since estimated delivery date. Their emails are full and there is no other way to contact them. I’ll be having to go to my bank to see what can be done legally. If the charge can be reversed. Awful experience. Don’t order from here.

I wouldn’t bother ordering as it says 95% of your olaplex order was damaged and sent me a silly tiny bottle of oil I don’t even need. Which cost the £29 I payed.
Order to good to be true… trust me this is dishonestly above and beyond belief..

Ordered some hair toner and developer which I needed quickly so paid £9.99 for next day delivery… This was two weeks ago and I still don’t have the item. The tracking information still says to be processed and since then I have emailed several times, gone on an online chat and I’ve had zero responses back from anybody.

I’m knowing the process of claiming my money back through my credit card, which is just a pain that I didn’t want to do. I ordered the product from another website which did arrive next day.

Do not waste your time, efforts or money with this company as they clearly are not bothered about your customer experience and at the moment to me I just want big scam that will take your money and you’ll never get the products!

I ordered the wella lightest ash blonde and it came super fast. Brilliant product. Would highly recommend as its also the best price I could find online also!

Scam - avoid

Well what can I say. Placed my order on Saturday morning and received the item this morning. Have already coloured my hair and it looks amazing. To the seller: I cannot thank you enough! After I purchased the item contacted seller and asked whether they could get it to me for Monday. They have exceeded my expectations. The packaging was exactly as described boxed well, right colour and communication with seller was 5* Will save seller details to use in the future.

This website, Colourwarehouse and associated website Greenwhite Products are owned by Juliet Akiga Ltd are a fraud - do not purchase online from these companies. They will take your money, supply you with nothing and not answer any emails. Telephone number is unobtainable.

Pathetic communication and customer service !! Are they taking orders and not honouring them? AVOID

I never leave reviews, but AVOID this website! Used to be brilliant- fast shipping etc., but I think now they may have shut down? I ordered some hair dye on the 22nd May (£55 in total) and I never received a confirmation email much less the products! Emails sent with no response & could not get through on the phone. Ended up contacting my bank to get my money back.

Orders two days ago spent £34 plus paid £9 something for 1-2days delivery and two days later still not even received a confirmation email red flag, I have called the number it doesn’t even ring, I have emailed colourwarehouse my order number prove of purchase but not hopeful that I am going to hear back so I will now be contacting the bank for a refund very frustrating and unfair on paying customers I won’t be buying again from here unfortunately.

I placed an order on May 24th - over a week later and the order is ‘still processing’ - though my money has been taken! No response to my email and no answer on the phone number on the website, which won’t let me leave a message. AVOID
