Extremely misleading Sales Technique
Extremely misleading. Bought two items, was offered a third item for free. This item is clearly listed on my invoice/receipt. I didn't receive it and the company are now saying the minimum spend is £200. It wasn't when I purchased. They are refusing to honour the receipt.
My advice is to avoid this company.

Nice product range and prices are pretty good
Used this site for a couple of years now, mostly for Wella toners which can be hard to get hold of in UK. Nice easy service, vast range of products, would recommend, Recently sent me the wrong strength developer but just sent out a replacement free of charge, no hassle.

Scam,not delivered
I placed an order for a hair color on 7 november and paid the express delivery(5-10 days),it’s 24 november I don’t have any news,I wrote them a letter 6 day ago and have no answer.Don’t recommend.Now I lost €50 and also my time because I need that color urgently.I also have seen many reviews with the same situation as me.This company isn’t taking it’s work in serious.

I ordered and paid for a shampoo which was a great price. I didnt need plastic gloves for 99p but they are added to all orders and cannot be removed so because of the good price I accepted this was part of their marketing. I then received an email saying my money was being refunded no explanation. I therefore needed to order my shampoo, and did a google search only to see that this WAS IN STOCK but at £20.00 more, obviously the great price I found was incorrect but they didnt give me a reason as I may have ordered anyway if it was a genuine error, but I will order elsewhere as I don't trust this a a reputable business

Incredibly vast range of products, fast delivery!
I was struggling to find an alternative to Majicontrast in Copper since it has been discontinued. I read up about Hicolor, but was also struggling to find this (in the UK) luckily I discovered Colourwarehouse and was able to order the colour I needed and it worked perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am very disappointed with this company. First of all, because they haven't advised regarding the extra postage and secondly I tried to cancel the order and get my money back and they never respond it. This a fraud!

I am so sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. We didn't charge you VAT but have included in our terms and conditions that your government will charge you this fee due to Britain leaving the EU. Due to the number of orders we send out, we aren't able to cancel orders once they are placed. However, you have 30 days to return your order for a full refund. We sent you one free gift. We weren't able to provide you with extra free gifts as it's one per order and you wanted multiple. I really do hope you enjoy your product and the free gift that came with it.

I ordered 2 packs of Wella T18 from the variety of options in the drop down menu. The order confirmation clearly proved that. Yet I received 1x T18 and 1 x T14. Not to mention that the order was first sent to my billing address, which is very different from the delivery address which was clearly stated and showed in the order confirmation and it resulted in me waiting a few extra days. First order from this website - 2 mistakes! I normally order elsewhere, but decided to give them a go, but definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

I’ve been searching online for products of the wells brand. Finally found the perfect place, customer service is also amazing. Can’t wait to recieve my items so I can get my hair done.
Would like the website to be more easier to use as I had trouble with my basket.

T18- reliable product
T18- reliable product. I keep coming back for more. The only problem -it must be used asap after bleaching and works only on level 10 hair. Matching developer is very strong after bleaching on the scalp. Bad for tone touch up, makes grown out roots turn orange.
