Purchasing and delivery were easy . But, what I appreciated even more was how quick they were to respond regarding a faulty marker!

It seemed simple enough. Order markers, they get shipped and I get the markers. First order was days late, I had to contact customer service for follow-up because "Aftership", which is who they use to do I'm not sure what, is useless and not a shipping agent, so it is up to the client(s) to get in touch with the actual "shipping" company. Customer service did follow up with the shipping company. Order FINALLY arrived. Sadly, most of the markers were completely dry. I sent another email to customer service, now about the markers. Long explanation as to why markers might be dry. I however think that if you are selling something, it is up to that retailer to ensure the product is in serviceable condition (i.e. check the markers for ink before shipping). The process for getting new/replacement markers was confusing -- and there are no refunds -- and I ended up placing another order. Customer service was apologetic and polite. They sent this second order out (again using the ridiculous service, Aftership). This order went out Nov 2, arrived in Calgary Nov 6 and has been sitting at an unspecified Calgary Purolator office "waiting for pickup". I assume like the first shipment, which ended up somehow getting to Canada Post and then to me, that this would be a similar process. This time, however, it sits. In fact, 10 days it's been sitting at said Purolator office. I got in touch with customer service again by email and expressed my concerns. I also asked them to follow up to find out what happened with the latest package. I received a polite email telling me all the reasons why they aren't in charge of the shipping -- but no follow up about the package. I contacted customer service again the same day simply asking for them to follow-up with the 10-day-late package. I guess I should have waited until I actually received the package before I complained. Suffice it to say, I will not be doing business with Copicana again, nor recommending them. I couldn't help but think: "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is." Though I have no complaints about customer service per se, because they have been extremely polite. However, no matter how polite, it certainly wasn't worth the dollars "saved". I'm chalking it all up to experience. I certainly hope they get rid of that Aftership who is nothing more than a go-between and one more layer of administrative headaches.

Well organized site that is easy to navigate, and got all the replacement colours I needed

It’s been great. Easy to order and has the most common colours including refill for them. I’m mostly been getting just refills which is what I only need.

Copic are amazing tools to illustrate and Club Copicana is the best place to get anything Copic from.
