Ferris Wheel Press Omdömen

Package came secure and unharmed with good cushioning. I was expecting some sort of notification for shipment or delivery status so it was surprising to have it arrive! Products had no dents, though the ink boxes were a bit loose at the lids

Excellent Customer Service and Support

I've contacted Ferris Wheel Press customer service on several occasions, and I appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and attention I've received. Most recently, I reached out regarding missing loyalty points and difficulties accessing product review links. The representative was courteous, responsive, and took the time to explain the situation and offer an alternative solution.

I've also contacted customer service regarding a pen warranty issue and appreciated their willingness to assist.

While some situations have required additional communication, the representatives have been patient, helpful, and attentive to my concerns. As someone who enjoys collecting and using Ferris Wheel Press pens and inks, I value a company that stands behind its products and makes an effort to support its customers.

Lovingly crafted, good quality writing instruments and inks.

Love the package 📦😍 and the shimmer in the inks

I feel like a got a good deal for Inktober. The inks are quality with nice shading and work well with my broad and double broad nib fountain pens. My order arrived several days before the estimate too. I bought enough to last me a while, but I'll probably be back for more eventually. Different colors, however, because the ones I got will be discontinued.

This was my first purchase from Ferris Wheel Press. The order arrived very quickly. The quality of the products was great. I ordered 3 of the carousel pens and some of the 10 ml sizes of the inks. I absolutely love all of the packaging, it’s fun and whimsical. The inks that I purchased were all gorgeous. I appreciate that the inks are offered in 10 ml sizes, because it allows me to try more of them without committing to a huge container.

Engagement and aesthetics. Lean more towards the current trends and inspire younger generation to write more. Keep the quality of your writing instruments quality and word of mouth will follow. Don't skimp on value. Keep it mid tier but also have those high tier on hand. Keep mid tier less than 60 dollars.

shipped fast and the ink is gorgous, however many of the ink boxes were not full closed. it didnt cause an issue but it was slightly concerning.

The inks were packaged securely, arrived auickly and were more beautiful than tje online images. Very happy to be a repeat customer!!

Quick and easy! From selecting my product to receiving it a few days later! Packaging was protective of my product and arrived perfect!

The colors are so beautiful!

Super fast shipping! Wasn’t expecting it nearly that quickly. Products are amazing.

I will give you a 3 because there is so many items that I wanted that are out of stock. I keep getting adds fo those items I want and when I go into the website they are out of stock.

Love this brand and the creativity behind their inks. Have not been disappointed.

I ordered a pen for my daughter from Amazon which we got for her birthday. The pen was beautiful, craftmenship absolutely stunning and quality great. The packaging too is something you want to keep.

Unfortunately the nib was defective but by the time she opened her gift it was too late to return. I contacted Ferris Wheel Press directly and their customer service was second to none. They got in touch with me within a couple of hours of my enquiry and arranged a replacement. I spoke to two people and they were both very warm, friendly and keen to rectify the situation. I was very impressed. A special thank you to Sheila. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the Ferris wheel Press products.

I have a pen of my own and quite a few of the inks and love them all.

Thank you!

Laura
