The variety of Copic supplies they have here online, largely focusing on most if not already all of this company's products, is much more available here than most art stores I've been to.
I'd be lucky to find anything more than COPIC markers, multiliners and paper at an art store. I've yet to visit one that sells nibs, colour swatch cards or the ink refills, for example.
My order arrived in a timely manner and I was pleased to see each item there, brand-new and ready-to-go.
I had several items placed inside a large plastic bag, fitting nicely into a small paper-packed box. The bag is a good idea, since by any chance an item was damaged enough during shipping that ink would leak or burst out of the markers, the mess would be contained in the bag. Not an expensive, coloured mess of a package dropped off at the door.

I'm certain I will continue to purchase supplies in the future from this store!

One of the copic pens was completely dry on both ends when I took it out of the package. I think these pens should be checked before mailing. This is the second time this has happened to me.

I've had trouble finding certain colors. Club Copicana has everything I've been looking for. I had no issues placing an order and I'm eager to place another order.

Website is easy to navigate. Products are as described. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
Highly recommend.

Arrive on time

The order came in pretty quick, and everything was just as I’d ordered.

I have ordered from this site several times over the past couple years, ranging from small orders to quite large ones. Every order has been 100% correct, the prices are on par with other stores, and it's very convenient that they carry the entire collection for both markers and ink refills (unlike most stores that only have a partial collection). I've just finished collecting the last colours of the Sketch series but I'll continue to use this site for ink refills and nib replacements. Thank you for being reliable and Canadian!

Fast delivery. Great Customer service. Just as ordered.

Delighted to find a source of all things Copic. Fast delivery.

This was a Christmas gift and ordered early December. It was supposed to have been delivered on Dec 18 but there is always someone home and we did not get the delivery. I would either like a refund or another delivery very shortly so that I can purchase elsewhere!!

Great online experience and delivery on time, I had taken a chance to order since I didn’t know anything about this company but I am impressed!
