Two of the four chairs were damaged I am awaiting a response from Clipop the other two chairs are lovely

UPDATE: Clipop been in touch they are sending 2 new chairs 👏 received the chairs so happy with them.

Ordered a vanity dressing table, love the product, other than it had a faulty mirror. Sent an email and video on a Friday, completely rectified by the following Tuesday. Customer service absolutely amazing.

Easy to use website, I purchased 4 dining chairs that were on offer. Communication regarding delivery was excellent and the chairs were very well packaged. Clear instructions how to put them together plus Allen keys included. Very happy

I ordered 2 velvet dining chairs and was delighted to receive them within a couple of weeks but was also informed frequently that they were on their way. They were perfect on arrival though I was a bit disappointed to find that I had to connect the legs and swivel mechanism but I was pleased how easy this was to do. I am delighted with both chairs and especially as they were very reasonably priced.

Comfortable chair for a really good price compare to the high street shops.

Easy assemble and a great look with the added benefit of being comfortable.

From selecting these chairs including description and measurements the entire process from ordering to delivery was excellent. The chairs are of very good quality and have been assembled easily.
All materials and finish are very good. The seat cushioning is described as 4cm thick which is ideal for a dining chair and is a firm and not soft.
Excellent value for money in our opinion.
Excellent communication.
Delivery was 2 days after ordering.
We would recommend this company.

The table top came in damaged. The table it self is just not very sturdy. It seems like they just put a very fancy mirror and did not care about the rest of the furniture.
The bed side table looks lovely but again some screws did not want to tighten up properly.

Everything from the customer service when I made a mistake, the communication and the quality of the product was first rate. A great company to deal with - the stools are just right; comfortable and beautiful. I love them - thank you.

Returns don’t seem hassle free as no one answered return request in a week and unsure what to do

We ordered 4 chairs for our table in the summer room they came next which was impressive however upon assembling them 2 were a slightly different shade anyway we messaged Clipop they asked for a picture duly sent received an email immediately your replacement chairs are on the way chairs received 3 days later for the price the chairs are great however the service was just fantastic

Good price, efficient ordering and delivery, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of the holes under one seat didn’t fit the bolts supplied. We’re using it anyway, seems secure enough with three.
