Brilliant experience with Clever Closet from start to finish and highly recommend these guys. The whole process from the initial call to the survey and final installation was extremely well organised. Service was prompt and everyone I engaged with was helpful and friendly. Richard did a great job installing everything and took time to explain exactly what he was doing. Really impressed with the work which was completed in less than half a day. Not recommend
I would strongly advise against hiring Clever Closets unless you are prepared to deal with damaged walls, a destroyed floor, delays, and a lot of unnecessary stress.
I was supposed to have a cupboard under the stairs installed by them back in August. After they were already delayed, they sent someone who was completely incompetent and treated my home terribly. He was also extremely rude.
After numerous discussions and emails, including having to threaten legal action, they finally sent someone else who managed to fix the problems.
What should have been a straightforward installation turned into a very stressful and frustrating experience. I definitely do not recommend Clever Closets.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with your installation and, in particular, the damage and disruption you have described. We fully appreciate how frustrating and stressful this must have been, especially when the installation should have been straightforward.
We are pleased to understand that the subsequent visit resolved the outstanding issues, but we recognise that this does not take away from the inconvenience and frustration caused along the way.
A member of our management team will contact you shortly to discuss your experience with you directly. We would like to understand the full circumstances and ensure that your concerns are properly reviewed.

Exceptional service — Joao deserves recognition!
We are absolutely delighted with our new Clever Closet. From start to finish, the whole experience has been excellent, but I would particularly like to recognise Joao Prissinote, who carried out the installation.
Joao was genuinely outstanding. He arrived on time, was polite, friendly and extremely professional throughout. What really stood out was the care and pride he took in his work. He paid attention to every little detail and clearly wanted to make sure the finished result was perfect.
He was also incredibly respectful of our home. He kept everything clean and tidy while working and left the room spotless when he finished. Nothing felt rushed, and he took the time to make sure everything was fitted properly and that we were happy with the result.
The quality of the installation is fantastic, and we are absolutely thrilled with how our new closet looks. It has completely transformed the space.
Joao is a real credit to Clever Closet. Employees who take this much pride in their work and provide this level of service deserve to be recognised, and I sincerely hope Clever Closet passes on our appreciation to him.
If there is an employee recognition or award scheme at Clever Closet, Joao would be a very deserving recipient.
Thank you, Joao, for doing such a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier.
