Exceptional service — Joao deserves recognition!
We are absolutely delighted with our new Clever Closet. From start to finish, the whole experience has been excellent, but I would particularly like to recognise Joao Prissinote, who carried out the installation.
Joao was genuinely outstanding. He arrived on time, was polite, friendly and extremely professional throughout. What really stood out was the care and pride he took in his work. He paid attention to every little detail and clearly wanted to make sure the finished result was perfect.
He was also incredibly respectful of our home. He kept everything clean and tidy while working and left the room spotless when he finished. Nothing felt rushed, and he took the time to make sure everything was fitted properly and that we were happy with the result.
The quality of the installation is fantastic, and we are absolutely thrilled with how our new closet looks. It has completely transformed the space.
Joao is a real credit to Clever Closet. Employees who take this much pride in their work and provide this level of service deserve to be recognised, and I sincerely hope Clever Closet passes on our appreciation to him.
If there is an employee recognition or award scheme at Clever Closet, Joao would be a very deserving recipient.
Thank you, Joao, for doing such a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier.

Amazing!
Great job done! Ordered via online and over the phone (107715), had several issues with getting a surveyor out, but was kept well informed. Fitting date was over a month away, but said they would contact if any cancellations, and there were, so only took a couple of weeks. Had Ian Williams round to fit, amazing job he did and lovely guy, even tolerating our idiot dog! So pleased with the end product, have recommended to a couple of people who are both looking at getting them. Can you start doing referral vouchers 😂

Lawrence Raine was fantastic
Lawrence Raine was fantastic on installation day. He was prompt, tidy and efficient. He helped tailor the closet internally around some existing sockets and was really communicative throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for any more.
The closets are well built and the entire process was very efficient from initial quote to installation.

Great experience, great closet
Firstly, the closet itself is well built and takes advantage of loads of storage space. A massive improvement for us.
The whole process was easy from start to finish. Plenty of communication and quick turnaround time. The technical surveyor improved the design and the installer, David Franks was great. Very professional, very tidy and helped with the extra bits that make the closet even better (suggesting screwing the back panel in instead of nails so it can be removed if needed etc.)
Definitely recommend. Would be nice if there were more colours to choose from but painting them not difficult.
Account 108411 is happy.
