Fantastic Service from Start to Finish! Worth Every Penny!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of having our space under the stairs transformed into storage. Everything has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish!

The initial arrangements were fantastic. Daniel was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions and made the entire process so straightforward. Booking was really convenient, and they were more than happy to arrange a day that suited us.

A special mention has to go to Jason, who completed the work. He was truly wonderful and exceptionally professional from the moment he arrived until the job was finished. His workmanship was outstanding, and he took great care in everything he did. The finished storage looks fantastic, and he left everything absolutely spotless. I really couldn’t have asked for more!

It was also a lovely touch to receive a phone call from Sally afterwards to check that we were happy with everything. Finding out that the work also comes with a two year warranty was an added bonus and gave us even more peace of mind.

From the excellent communication and organisation to the quality of the finished work, the whole experience has been faultless.

Worth every penny, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough! A huge thank you to Daniel, Jason and Sally for such a brilliant experience. We are absolutely delighted!

David turned up at the time promised and got on with building my clever closet he was polite extremely funny and grateful for his cups of tea I made him. He finished earlier than he estimated and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to make us happy. And he cleared up and made my hallway as clean as when he started. The quality is outstanding. We highly recommend David Franks he has done an amazing job number #107983

Very disappointing customer service and last-minute cancellation

CleverCloset cancelled my 8 am installation on the same morning due to a technical issue with their van, despite me taking time off work specifically for this appointment.

All they offered was an apology, with no meaningful alternative or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Rebooking isn’t easy, as I can’t accommodate installation for next 2 weeks .

Unexpected issues happen, but customers’ time and commitments should be respected. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new storage from Clever Closet that we had fitted today (14/10/2026)

Our fitter, Ian Williams, was brilliant from start to finish. He messaged the evening before to arrange a convenient time for the following morning and arrived as planned.

Ian was extremely polite, friendly and efficient, and made sure everything was left spotless once the work was completed.

Really pleased with both the quality of the storage and the excellent service we received. Would definitely recommend Clever Closet, especially Ian!

We are really happy with our 6 draw under stairs storage. The carpenter "Charlie" was super nice throughout and has done an amazing job. My only slight gripe is we ordered online, I then received a call explaining the process and booking in a measurement. I was told the engineer who came to measure would have a sample of the materials used, however he did not. So we were totally blind on what the finished product would look like.

I had my drawers fitted today. I'm super happy with the look, quality and functionality of the units. The fitter, Richard was very friendly, he contacted me the day before to arrange arrival time working round my school run. He arrived on time and got the job done real quick, Also, he left the hallway tider than it was before he started. 10 out of 10 service!

We had David Franks come install our cupboards and drawers today for job 109289. He did a fantastic job and it looks very smart and sleek. Excellent customer service from clever closet from start to finish and very quick from initial quote to installation. Definitely recommend!

From the moment Ian Williams arrived I felt in good hands. He worked meticulously, paying attention to the details I required. On top of that he left the place as clean and tidy. The finished job is faultless and we are very pleased with the workmanship. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

The two fitters (Andrew Kelly & Blake) where friendly and engaging, explaning the things they were doing and didnt mind me asking questions. A pleasent pair. Would highly recommend. The whole process was very quick and easy from order to completed closet.

Excellent product, design process straightforward. Fitting by Mark Stockwell outstanding, he took great care, worked tidily and was courteous and efficient throughout. I am looking forward to filling the drawers and cupboard!

We’re really happy with the under-the-stairs storage Danny Gorman from Clever Closet installed for us. Danny arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job to a very high standard. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and we’re really pleased with the finished result. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Danny and Clever Closet to anyone looking for high-quality storage solutions!

So happy with our Clever Closet! Exactly what we wanted to make use of wasted space under our stairs, it all now looks really smart and organised. Great installation and service by our friendly fitter, Murray - couldn't believe it was done in just one day and finished to such a high standard! Thank you so much.

Thank you so much to Clever Closet for their installation - I must mention Sally from the customer service team for being especially helpful, and of course Richard Murray for completing the job to such a high standard with professionalism and care. Thank you! (account no. 108956)

An excellent fit out under our stairs by Eduardo (Acc No 109353). He did a fabulous job and was a clean and tidy worker, putting protection down on our hallway floor. Clever Closet were excellent in their customer service, kept us informed all the way through from booking to completion. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Clever Closet. Danny was amazing from start to finish - extremely courteous, polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us a thorough handover once the work was completed.
The whole experience was excellent, and we’re really pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Clever Closet, and especially Danny. A real credit to the company!

Absolutely delighted with our new under-stairs fitted cupboards!

From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. The cupboards have completely transformed the space under our stairs and they look beautiful, modern and extremely well finished. The quality and attention to detail are excellent, and we now have so much more useful storage space.

A special thank you to Joao Prissinote for his hard work, professionalism and attention to detail. He did a brilliant job and was a pleasure to have working in our home.

We are extremely happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Clever Closet to anyone looking for high-quality fitted furniture. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job! ❤️

Harry Mathew's from Clever Closet UK arrived exactly on time.
He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do .
He was very polite, remembered both our names and did a very professional job.
He even cut up the rubbish to make it easier to take to the recycling centre.
Lisa Thompson from the office rang to ensure that he had arrived and contacted me the day after to make sure that all went well and that we were happy with the installation.

Alex did a great job in producing both a practical and tidy space and worked really hard to accommodate our needs. Lisa was also extremely friendly and provided great communication throughout. The open/close mechanism is a nice touch, and although the units are MDF, the overall finish is good. Sufferers of OCD may find some of the unit tolerance off-putting, but we are talking a couple of mm here and there, which is acceptable for us.
