Fantastic service all the way through
Fantastic service all the way through. Raised an enquiry on the website, got a call back in minutes with clear pricing. Good communication with the team based in the office on survey, delivery and installation dates.
On the installation day Richard was in early and did a fast and very efficient job. The installation was very neat and the place was left clean after. Also got good advice on how to get the best out of the new unit. Happy to recommend to others.

Great Service
Really pleased with our new under stairs storage from Clever Closets.
Our fitter, Joao, was brilliant. He turned up on time, was really friendly and talked us through what he’d be doing before getting started. He was also incredibly efficient, our five drawer storage was installed between 9am and 1pm and the finish is excellent.
He kept everything really tidy throughout and cleaned up afterwards, leaving the house exactly as it was when he arrived.
Couldn’t fault the installation at all. Great service and a really good experience from start to finish. Thanks Joao!

Excellent finished result
We had been using a freestanding shoe rack in our already narrow hallway, so we decided to have Clever Closets convert the unused space under our stairs into pull-out storage. The difference has been fantastic. We now have plenty of hidden shoe storage and have regained valuable hallway space.
Richard, our fitter, did an excellent job. The installation is very neat, fits seamlessly with the staircase, and we’re really pleased with the finished result.
There was a slight issue with communication after initially arranging the installation date with Jack, as my subsequent WhatsApp messages weren’t acknowledged by him, which left me a little concerned. Even a quick acknowledgement to say my queries would be looked into would have been reassuring, so this is perhaps one area where the customer experience could be improved.
However, another member of the Clever Closets team subsequently got in touch, answered all my queries and was extremely helpful. She even managed to bring our installation date forward at my request, which I really appreciated.
Overall, we’re very happy with the finished product and the quality of Richard’s work, and would happily recommend Clever Closets.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and balanced review.
We are delighted to hear what a difference your new pull-out under-stairs storage has made, particularly in helping you regain valuable space in your hallway. It is fantastic to know that you are so pleased with the finished result and the quality of Richard’s workmanship. We will be sure to pass your kind comments on to him.
I am sorry, however, to hear that you experienced a lack of communication following your initial arrangements with Jack. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when messages are not acknowledged, particularly when you are waiting for answers to questions about your installation. Your comments are appreciated and we will ensure this feedback is shared with the relevant team.
It is reassuring to hear that another member of our team was able to take ownership of your queries, provide the information you needed and even bring your installation date forward. We are pleased that this helped to put your mind at ease.
Thank you again for choosing Clever Closet and for your recommendation. We are thrilled that, overall, you are so happy with your new storage and the service you received.

Charlie(108181) did an excellent job and went above and beyond with my order. Everything was left immaculate, and he cleaned up thoroughly after himself. He answered all my questions in detail, gave clear instructions on how to use and care for the product, and explained how the warranty works.
This was the most professional work I’ve ever had done in my home. I wish more people were like him so we could all receive the best possible service for the price we pay. The company is serious, listened to my needs, and the delivery and service are definitely worth recommending. My family and I would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent job by Joao Prissinote. He was quick, professional and precise, and the installation was completed to a very high standard. I am genuinely delighted with the final result.
I am also very happy with my overall experience with Clever Closet. Although there were a couple of hiccups and some back and forth due to updates to the final layout and arrangements for the parking space, the team remained patient, clear and accommodating throughout.

Brilliant job carried out by Joao (Acct 108753)
I just had my understairs storage fitted yesterday. Joao and his colleague Davi did a fantastic job - so good I almost cried with happiness! No more tripping over shoes, brooms or dog leads! The whole process was slick and quick from start to finish - from initial consultation and survey, through to the installation itself. Before leaving, Joao talked us through how to get maximum performance and longevity from the cupboards. The guys were really pleasant and worked quickly and quietly with minimum mess or disruption. Clever Closet were great at organising the visits and payment with a friendly no fuss approach to providing a high end quality product. Definitely to be recommended!
