I ordered a pair of trainers on 1st April and they have not been dispatched after 5 working days. This is terrible customer service especially for my first order. Wont be buying again.

i was lookin these for a trip away, unfortunately it took over 5 working days for the trainers to leave the warehouse, these were to be with me withing 5 working days, it took nearly 15 workin days before thet arrived, very disappointing.

Sent back for a refund had nothing but agh trying to get my money back still waiting weeks after

Trainers are amazing and great quality. Service has always been outstanding and when contacting customer service, the team respond super quick and resolve any matter in hand. Have purchase close to 10 pairs since introduced.

Ordered a pair of shoes in January , this month a slight defect started to show , I made the customer care team aware of this they swiftly responded and rectified this by offering me a full exchange free of charge and they took care and time on guiding me through the process. Also very good footwear I’ve recently bought a second and third pair!

Having come across Cleens on one social media platform, I was quickly impressed by their sleek, stylish and dynamic design.

The visual images portrayed the shoes in an extremely appealing light which was very captivating and enticed me to make a purchase. In fact I ordered two pairs straight off the bat, I was that impressed with what I was viewing.

From placing my order to delivery, Cleens did not disappoint. The order process was swift with flexible payment options and delivery was extremely quick as well, with my purchase arriving in just a few days.

Upon arrival, I observed that I had actually misjudged the size, ordering a half size bigger than I actually needed. I immediately got in touch with Cleens Customer Services team who were swift in their response and rectified MY error immediately by providing me with a return shipping label to return the shoes I had received and sent me out a replacement pair in the correct size. They even allowed me to change my mind and amend my order to a different pair. GREAT customer service!!!

I'm SO happy with both pairs of Cleens that I ordered. They're comfort, style and design is unmatched and they don't carry the 4 figure price tag of some of my other designer trainers.

I get compliments from almost everyone every time I wear them, with people asking me "Where'd you get your trainer from, I like them...?" Even from people who aren't necessarily trainer people but they still catch their eye because their stylish design stands out and is indeed eye catching.

I would HIGHLY recommend Cleens to anyone looking to make their next trainer purchase. I've got my eye on at least two more pairs that I'm looking to acquire before the summer.

Great company to deal with. I had to contact Customer Service about an issue with a pair of trainers. My initial email was responded to within half an hour of sending (and on a Bank Holiday) as were any further emails I sent.
I dealt with Kate mainly but also Tegan. They were both very efficient, polite and quick to resolve my issue. Thank you both for the great customer service

12th day of waiting for trainers. No updates until I asked. Was told there was bank holidays that cause the delay. Won't be ordering again.

Purchased my second pair of Cleens, however wasn’t a fan of the style on me. But the customer service team was AMAZING with handling a return for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to order a pair again given that the customer service team are really attentive just in case they don’t fit / suit me!
