Black suade dye leaking
Wore twice and got caught in the rain, and the black suade started leaking dye throughout the white mesh, tried to hand wash and it just turned everything blue. Stay away from black suade from cleens. Not worth the money

Awful Company with non existent Customer Care. Second time wearing ÂŁ190 trainers. Got caught in the rain. One shoe fine and other dye has run and will not come off. The company has offered a 15% discount and said not to get wet. I would understand this if both shoes were ruined but it is only one. Therefore faulty product. Stay well clear of âCleensâ. Responding to reply. We live in Scotland and it rains. As said previously 1 shoe is not fit for purpose and 1 is ok. Product fault. You are obviously not taken any responsibility and that makes you an irresponsible bad company. Steer Clear.

It is important that you do not put your Cleens in the washing machine or allow material to become heavily wet. We are not liable for any defects that may occur from doing so.

An amazing company not only are the shoes absolutely stunning and very well made and look amazing on the foot but the team working behind the scenes go above and beyond to give the best customer service and care !
