Great choice of frames and lens coatings etc, it's fun to assemble your own glasses and it doesn't take long for them to arrive. Good range of pricing to choose from depending on how much youre willing to spend.

Mistakenly ordered wrong lenses. Finding it impossible to contact the company. Website cannot issue refund form, no answer on the phone provided. Chat service doesn't work and no reply to email!

It was easy to shop and the delivery was much earlier than scheduled. Clear communication via emails. Happy experience.

Have been using Clearly for a number of years with no issues.
Suddenly, my subscription fails due to a blocked debit card. I updated my debit card on the subscription so I could order, then suddenly there are THREE identical charges to my account on a Visa hold.
There are NO orders at Clearly’s end despite me having four emails with different order numbers for each failed order attempt they made.
Customer service is USELESS. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS HELPED ME WITH THIS ISSUE. I contacted my bank and they can’t do anything without the business authorizing the reversal. So now I have almost $400 taken out of my account that may or may not be reversed on a “few days” and zero help from anyone. This is theft! I want my money returned.
I have never been so disgusted with an online business in my life. Beware!

Ordered 1.74 index lenses and they arrived thicker than the 1.67 index lenses, disappointing…

I ordered an urgent contact lenses. Wow it only took a day to deliver, well packed, and they thrown some freebies too. For me it's sticking to what you promise ie express delivery and being thoughtful and thinking of your customers. Well done, will order some more again.

I have been ordering off clearly for a number of years. I would order then get a delivery about 3 or 4 times a year.
I put an order through on the 24th of November 2025 for a 3 month order which is what I would normally do. Then on the 24 th of December I saw another order go through for the same amount. I called immediately and said I did not put it through. They said too late and that it was a subscription which is not true. It didn’t even leave Australia until 3 or 4 days later so they could have cancelled. I feel this is a scam especially as it is on the 24th of December. The fact that they did not cancel was a red flag for me. Don’t order from these people.

Expected delivery date at the time of purchase was 8th Dec. I got the delivery on 18th Dec. there was no communication that delivery has been delayed for some reason.

Nevertheless the products is the good condition. Thank you.

Back on track! I asked to straighten up a few details with my subscription using online help and received just that. Going on another year and I look forward to many more!
