Elin and Ani were absolutely perfect. The best end of tenancy cleaning job I have ever seen and would recommend them to anyone. Will 100% use them again next time!

Quick and efficient clean! Good quality

Received dismal service when we booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning. Tried to follow up after our inventory report charged us an additional £100 for inadequate cleaning (e.g. not cleaning window blinds), even though we had explicit reassurance from the cleaning team that they would be thorough (we have explicit email confirmation that blinds would be cleaned). We have sent over 4 emails to them now with no response, this has been going on since mid-August.

We tried calling them, only for a terribly rude man to pick up and say "we only deal via email" before hanging up the phone as I was mid-sentence. We have remained cordial over email and over the phone, but my flatmate and I are both full-time students with no source of income, and this incident has just cost both of us our money, energy and time. We don't have the resources to bring an action against this company, but we hope someone would.

Edit: They responded to my flatmate's TrustPilot review asking her to contact the office for assistance. But we have tried to do so repeatedly, both over the phone and over email, and been rudely hung up on / ignored every time we tried.

Further Edit: after posting this review here yesterday, I received a call from them today. They were happy to refund 50% of our landlord's penalty fee (i.e £50), but only in exchange for me and my flatmate removing our reviews from this website. They were not willing to pay unless the reviews were deleted or amended to a higher rating. When I refused to delete / amend my review, they once again hung up and it seems I cannot ring them back, I'm redirected to their dial-tone. Seems like they're in the habit of leaving diplomatic replies on all their 1-2 star reviews.

Their reply here is untrue: the first time I got through to them via mobile was on the 29th of October, when I was hung up on not more than 20 seconds into the call. They said "we only deal via email" and hung up before I got the chance to respond. Weren't responsive over email at all. My flatmate was also given 0 details about a re-clean option, which we would have been happy to use if we had been made aware of this policy.

The only reason I was able to talk to them this afternoon is because they wanted to request that I delete / amend this review. Otherwise, every time I have tried to call them, I have been blocked. My flatmate and I have both posted reviews because we are BOTH being ignored, after sending an equal number of messages.

Please avoid this company if you can. Not worth the hassle of trying to get in touch and trying to set the record straight.
