Good honest folks. I've bought glasses from them a couple of times in the past year. I absolutely love the quality of their glasses. The value proposition is excellent. One thing they can improve though is on the customer support side as I'm sometimes left with the feeling that the response time to emails can be improved. I've however found that they're extremely prompt at responding to queries on their IG page, so that's what I do now.

They have a repeat customer in me, and I'll continue to buy from them.

Glasses were great when they arrived. There was a bit of a delay with shipping though and i didn't get a response from them for several weeks regarding the issue. Hopefully customer support can be improved as the product itself is great.

As a “ambassador” I would really love if the service dept / a company rep would reply to my inquiries. Used IG as they seem most responsive there, msgd everyday for 8 straight days and the a few times since- no reply. Can not contact them by phone, I emailed with no reply.

I received a generic request to review the glasses- (automated email last week). I replied and followed up every 2 days and no reply.

I like the glasses, its just that I have referred other people to purchase and they did NOT get the discount they should. That is why I have been msging / asking for support.

Complete scam. Made an order for 135eur back on Jun 23, 2025 (5.5 weeks ago) - since then no communication. I reached out multiple times to customer service and directly on Instagram - zero response after I made an order. The money is gone and there's no product. Nice pictures, but that's all there is...

J’ai été contacté par Citrus Eyewear sur Instagram par ROY, pour devenir ambassadeur de leur marque. J’ai passé une commande suite à leur proposition, mais je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis. Aucune réponse claire du service client, aucune solution proposée. Très déçu par cette expérience. Je déconseille fortement.

I love my Citrus xRockr sunglasses. I have purchased them as gifts because I love them so much. They are lightweight, durable and sturdy on my face. They are my go to sunglasses for working out, water adventures and vacations.

I love my CitrusEyewear sunglasses, when i first got them i thought that would be just another pair of sunglasses that i would be using along with some of the other i have, but so far these glasses are, in my opinion, extremely perfect for the very sunny days, i can still look back without them glasses blocking my view(while cycling on the road). Also when i sweat, the sweat drops never go into the glasses, which is awesome because i don’t have to be constantly cleaning the glasses. Definitely recommend them!!!

I first heard about Citrus Eyewear when their team reached out to me about their ambassador program. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but after doing my research, I decided to give them a try—and I’m so glad I did!

I absolutely love my Cruiser sunglasses! I ordered a pair for myself and another for my sister, and we both can't get enough of them. They're lightweight, comfortable, and stay in place whether I'm running, bike commuting, or just enjoying the outdoors. I've also received so many compliments on how stylish they look!

My order took a bit longer than expected, but when I contacted Citrus Eyewear, their team was responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. They explained that my order was a pre-order, which I hadn't realized.

Overall, the Cruiser has exceeded my expectations. Given how much I love them, I'm already choosing my next Citrus Eyewear model!

Have now received tracking link and a message from Citrus explaining that there has been drama on their end with the new tarrifs.

Citrus Eye Wear reached out on Instagram on the 19th of December 2024. I made an order with them on the 9th of January 2025, but never received post confirmation or a tracking link. I emailed their customer support with no reply. They replied to me on Instagram on the 26th of January asking for order details, but after several emailed and many Instagram messages I am yet to get a response.
Their website is now closed and I am beginning to suspect I will not get my glasses or a refund.

Purchased one pair of Rockr in transparent
Good glasses, no bounce, no slip, takes the glare off the sun, especially low sun in winter. Look forward to wearing them more in the summer months

Bough 3 glasses 6 months ago after a fiend was “sponsored” never received anything. When I contacted customer service they said they would look into it. I attempted to contact them 3 more times but no response.

Worn for 2 races this year including now a Major (Sydney Marathon) and Ultra Marathon in Queensland tropics. Plenty more races to come with the zDownhills. Light in weight, keep out direct sunlight it almost feels like they’re a part of you when wearing.

Citrus Eyewear reached out a while back and asked if I would be interested in trying out their sunglasses. I bought a pair of the Downhill sunglasses in neon yellow. Shipping took a couple of weeks to get to my place in Ontario Canada. I've been using them for a couple of months now running, cycling, and racing as well. I really like that they are light weight and fit well on my face. I found them to be quite durable too, I've dropped them a couple of times, and nothing has happened to the sunglasses. I will be ordering a couple other pairs for different uses moving forward, most likely the Stealth photochromatic pair to use now that its dark most of the time.
