several unanswered emails and order not delivered

Anfang August bereits eine negative Bewertung hier geschrieben, die aber verschwunden ist.
Die Firma hat nach der Bewertung Kontakt aufgenommen, gesagt sie kümmern sich und melden sich.
Jetzt existiert die Support Mail Adresse nicht mehr und auch die Firma scheint ihren Namen geändert zu haben. Ich habe bis heute nichts erhalten

A friend recommended citrus and I went for it and ordered a pair of sunglasses and it was definitely more than I expected. I got them for running and they are pretty comfortable, the quality is really good and they do look good on. I have them for a while now and I’m considering getting another pair. It’s totally worth it.

Thank you for reaching out. When I ordered the glasses, I checked and the only color that was listed as on preorder was the red one, which is not what I ordered. That detail didn't slip my view because it wasn't there when I ordered even though it is now. I actually double checked before checking out because I saw it when looking at the red pair.

I do not follow you all on Instagram and only messaged there after I could not get a response via email, so I was unaware you were unable to see my message. I did reach out in three other ways because I was starting to wonder if you had gone out of business (email, Reddit, Facebook) and got no response.

I appreciate you looking into this but have not yet received an email from you. At this point, since my CC company has already opened the dispute process and my need for the glasses is gone until next summer, I would prefer a refund instead of receiving the product.

I fear they may be scamming more than just me. I ordered a pair of sunglasses on July 4th with expedited two-day shipping so I could have them for vacation. I emailed the customer service address on their site on July 22nd because there had been no update to the order status-no answer.

I then found every social media site I could and messaged there as well to find out why the order still says it's being processed over a month later-Reddit, Facebook, Instagram-nothing at all. Emailed one more time on Monday saying I would dispute the charge if I didn't hear from them by today.

Today came and went and I just filed the dispute with my credit card. Incredibly disappointed and hope this can help someone else avoid paying money to a company that produced a great pair of sunglasses when I was able to get them a few years ago but now seems not to care about ignoring customers or delivering what those customers pay for. Avoid.

These are amazing glasses. Just got my package with the new collection and I LOVE the glasses. I cannot wait for my run tomorrow to try them out.

I got an email from them asking me if I'd be happy to drop them a review. I have loved my Citrus glasses for the past 2 years, so I was more than willing to oblige.

I own 3 pairs of their glasses. I use them on my runs both in summers and in winters. I also use them for my bike rides when the weather is warm. These are perfect all rounders for all types of sports. The glasses are light weight, offer great ventilation, and have held up pretty well even when I crashed my bike once. I am convinced these glasses saved my eyes that day. I cannot recommend them more.
