I ordered more than 5 weeks ago, no delivery and no more infos. In the meanwhile I cancelled my order and I asked for my money, no reaction anymore. It’s really fraud!

And with their answer they are lying. They didn’t try to transfer back the money and I didn’t ask for 2 payments, it’s bullshit!

They are just not transfer back my money. I will contact Canadian consumer protection. I documented everything!

Amazing glasses. I've been using them for a few weeks I my morning runs. Everything is great. Took them on my trip to South America last week and they performed perfectly well in the colder temperatures there. No fogging whatsoever. I'm excited to use them all summer and then again in winters when I had trouble with fogging on my previous glasses.

Great glasses. Took a little while to receive them, but it wasn't Citrus' fault. I am amazed by the quality of the glasses. Cannot recommend them enough. I've been using my first pair for 8 months now, just placed an order for a second pair and came over here to write this review.

Son unos ladrones. Llevo con un pedido mas de un mes y ningún tipo de información. intento contactar con ellos por todas las vías posibles y no me responden. Quiero que me devolváis mi dinero.
No compren en esta marca no son serios, son una estafa.
No tengo mis gafas y se han quedado con mi dinero.

Great glasses. Got them delivered in 4 days to San Francisco. I’ve used them only for a few days now but they seem incredibly well built.

I've been in love with these glasses for a few months now. Ran 2 marathons and an ultra in them, and I have nothing to complain about. Extremely comfortable and I love the air circulation which is a god-sent on long runs. I dropped a message to the customer support team and they helped me select a pair that'd be a good fit on my face.

They contacted me to be part of their ambassador program and I was eager to work with them as they are a Canadian company. They were quick and efficient to respond to all my messages on Instagram but as soon as I placed my order they ghosted me. I placed my order at the beginning of December and still haven’t received it. I have contacted them multiple times over social media and email and haven’t heard anything. I wished I looked them up earlier because it seems like this is typical behaviour for them and that they scam people often. Such a shame.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 27 dicembre e ad oggi ancora non si conosce la data di arrivo degli occhiali acquistati.
Nessuna risposta alle mail inviate, mentre su Instagram rispondono mediamente una volta alla settimana.
Tornassi indietro, non li acquisterei.
Sto andando ad acquistare un altro paio di occhiali, di un'altra marca, direttamente in negozio.
Saranno anche ottimi prodotti, questo non ho avuto purtroppo modo di testarlo, ma nel mondo degli acquisti online Citrus è indietro anni luce!!!

I got my first Citrus glasses back in 2021. The very first pair was great, but I've seen them slowly improve the quality even further. I have three glasses from them. The last two orders took longer than the earlier ones, but I guess that variance is expected in international shipping. I did get angry at them once, but I got an email from the CEO apologizing for the delay and sharing information that showed it was my own country's customs causing the delay. I felt a little silly later, but I was more than happy with the customer support. It is interesting to see such a small Canadian team offering terrific quality sunglasses.

I ran an ultra in these glasses this weekend. I've been using the glasses for a few months now but I realized just how good they are this weekend. The ventilation offered by the glasses is PERFECT for such long runs. I was thinking about writing a review while i was suffering during my run, so I guess I like them.

Ordered from the back in September, paid and everything went through. Got a confirmation of order, but haven't reccived anything, not even a order sent. I have reached out via IG and e-mail, but no reply eventhough I have sent atleast 10 times... Really disapointed, and would like to get my money back from this scam.

Ordered a pair (Stealth Photochromatic) Aug 2025. Still not received. Money taken from my cc. Confirming order number and email received. BUT NO reply to my emails!

Until now I can only say good things about Citruseyewear.com. The glasses I received fits perfectly and the are very good to wear.

Also the service was very good. At the beginning I was sceptic about it, because who wants a collabaration with unfamous hobbyrunners. But at the end, it was all fine.

I bought three pairs of sunglasses, and all of them are excellent quality!
I use them while running and cycling long distances—even during IRONMAN races or 100 km trail runs—and my eyes never feel tired.
I definitely recommend Citrus sunglasses!

This glasses are amazing I recommend these for running or cycling. I been using these glasses in my races in halfs and full marathons I have no problem with them.

Love my Citrus sunglasses. Got a pair of the zDownhill and the Stealth. Both great quality and fit. It took some time to get them delivered to the UK as they come from the US so there’s often shipping delays that are outside of Citrus’ control - but Citrus kept me well informed throughout and once the sunnies came they didn’t disappoint.

Particularly the stealth is a great product, shading automatically as the sun increases and a great pair of all round sunglasses for all sorts of conditions.

The prices are really fair as well and the products easily keep up quality wise with the big brands. But it’s great that in this case I now I’m not just paying for excessive marketing but mainly for the product. citrus also offers some great bundles and multi-glass discounts!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses, no issues. Pretty fast delivery and good quality glasses! Unfortunate for those that had bad experiences, but perhaps a year later now (seems to me) that they’re doing a much better job! Would recommend based on my experience

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Citrus Eyewear to wear while running and cycling.
Bearing in mind that these are used for marathon and iron man events they needed to be comfortable, lightweight and stay in place.
I can honestly say these fit all the above and are extremely well made.
They also come with polarised lenses and holders for prescription lenses.

Customer service was excellent and responded to my emails with a query regarding delivery.
