Hi Kristopher, I'm sorry to read that you're unhappy with the item, I'm afraid that all percolator types will hold some water in their chambers, but they can be cleared by rinsing through periodically to clear the water.

Love the fact I get a free grinder, got 4 free grinders for 2 orders and I’m very pleased. Bongs are cool af, mask bongs are ace - only downside is that it leaves brown marks on the nose, no complaints other than that, happy to be be high

I've checked your tracking and a delivery attempt was made on 6th November but you were not in, and you did not leave alternate delivery instructions. Consequently your parcel was sent to a local DPD pick-up shop. I am emailing you another link to your tracking, however you should already have one, possibly in your Junk folder.

I mean up until yesterday my experience was 5 star.
However yesterday, a small piece of glass fractured off of the neck on my goosebump chongz bong when removing the bowl.
It’s really annoying because it’s only one year old and has been used sparingly, the glass on the bong looks thick and durable but even being used as intended it has broken off and left a sharp edge.
Customer service are only offering 20% off a next purchase.
Would have appreciated a bit more customer service and the product to last a bit longer at this price range.

Great sturdy bong, short downstem though..
Bong arrived packed very safely, downstem it came with is short though, could have been a bit longer for this piece to come with.
Edit: After working with the piece for a while, the downstem still works just fine, just means the bong needs more water and risks splashback.
Can’t fault the piece itself though, I’ll get a longer replacement downstem for better efficiency.
