I had the nasty triple perc bong supposedly made of 5mm borosilicate glass, well it fell 3 ft yesterday and I got a look at what it's really made of and it's not 5mm borosilicate glass that's for sure.
I didn't bother pulling my calipers out but the main chamber of the bong was built like a milk bottle and breaks like one to, with extremely sharp shards of glass littering the soft lino flooring it fell onto, I've had cups survive that fall. It's a joke that you sell these as borosilicate 5mm glass. I really liked that bong and it was disappointing to see it break like that and then seeing that it wasn't what I thought it was at all.
Quality has definitely gone downhill the nasty used to be the best bong on the market when you first started selling bongs ... Totally disappointed

Great service and always get good deals on the 420 week, as for customer service, They only want to make your experience better and as long as its not the weekend and late at night its a rather quick reply in my opinion

I received a damaged bong, and it would be fantastic if I could either have it replaced or get my money back.

Ps, opening the box was an experience in itself, filled with styrofoam to keep your goods protected. 🤣

BEWARE CHEAP BONGS. I have no problem with their grinders but their bongs have parts glued together. If you're using oil based medication you're eventually going to clean a bong with solvents. When you do parts will fall off rendering the unit useless. Terrible design and if you message you won't get a reply.

Ordered a bong and a grinder. Came with a lighter and a plastic grinder as freebies. However. Bong came with a hairline crack in the joint which promptly broke as I slid the downstem in. It is not 5mm thick in all areas as advertised. And the centre of mass without water, with the bowl and downstem inserted, is off - causing it to tip at the slightest breeze.

Really fast delivery, amazing packaging will 100% purchase mower things.

Arrived so fast, I actually forgot what I had ordered. I was gonna hide it away until my boyfriends birthday but it said Chongz on the box so he'd 100% know what I got him but the internal box had no labelling on it which was great. I will update the review once he's opened it on his birthday to say how it looks etc (28th June)

Broke within a week

I ordered a bong that cost £45, the delivery was free because the order was over £30 and it also came the next day, they gave me a free clipper lighter and a free grinder! I strongly recommend ordering from Chongz, the glass quality is great also, I’ll definitely be ordering from here again soon!
