Order YUBDIAPPP placed and paid 7 July, nothing received.

Contacted them 3 times without a response

I have used Chillicult in the past and I've always been pleased. This time was a disaster, my address autofilled with an incorrect post code on order, which was my fault. I caught this straight away and emailed to let them know the mistake I had made. I received no response. I email again to follow up, no response. After 2 weeks has passed, my order is still pending, I sent another email asking about the status of my order. Again no response but I got an automated email to say the order had shipped. Another week passed and still no sign of the order, I emailed again, this time to advise that unless I got a response, I would be reporting them to trading standards. No response from Chillicult. The next day I get a notification from the Royal mail that they had my package and that was being sent to the wrong address. I redirected the parcel to my local post office and luckily as I live in a rural area they let me collect despite the wrong address. I got the sauces, which are all as described however 2 were missing and there was a note in with the sauces advising that I could request a refund for them, so I have. I've sent 3 emails chasing this and I'm sure you can guess how many responses I've had...

It pains me to say this about a company I've enjoyed using in the past but save yourself the hassle and order from elsewhere.

Awful. Order never got dispatched, sent 4 emails to customer service and no response whatsoever.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. This company is an absolute scam! They take your money immediately, but you never receive your item. Despite having an email address for customer support, no one ever responds to inquiries about missing orders or any attempts to resolve the issue. It’s clear from other reviews that I’m not the only one who has experienced this. The lack of communication and failure to deliver goods make it obvious that this company is not legitimate. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ChilliCULT at all costs!

Honestly surprised at the bad reviews I guess about delivery. My delivery was fast and I was well informed so no complaints there! The hit sauce is so good, I got the truffle one and it's the perfect level of heat. Shall be buying more!

Awful , order never showed up and they told me they had refunded me which never came into my account. Never use this website

Order never arrived and no response to emails. Don’t waste your money or time.

Order was sent to the wrong address so never received the order. I was told by their customer service they would send another and they didn't. Customer Service no longer responding to my emails.

Took payment but no order arrived and emails go unanswered. Awful experience, do not use.

Order never showed up, non existent customer service. Steer clear of this site.

I wish I had read other reviews first - order came but one of the bottles was open and had gone everywhere.
There is no phone number so I emailed, sent a WhatsApp and a messenger - nothing.
Made a comment on Facebook and they eventually messaged sending a return label, 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it

Ordered on 12th July. Item is a no show with no tracking details, and there's no response from their customer service team.

Terrible and admitted scammers, claimed to have delivered items falsely, luckily PayPal knew better and saw through their lies. Waste of time, use Hot-Headz or Hot Sauce Emporium for good service, not these clowns

Took payment, said despatched and delivered and product nowhere to be seen. No tracking number provided and ignoring multiple customer service emails. No working phone number either. Terrible.

Utter scam artists ... paid for some 'in stock' products ... heard nothing ... followed up 2 weeks later ... told me the product wasn't in stock and they tried to call to offer an alternative 3 times, only thing was I had no missed calls or voicemails ... had to push hard for them to agree to process a refund ... 2 weeks later no refund ... shoddy / shady company ... many other reviews align ... would not use them

Got what I asked for delivered when I asked for it, and got a free gift too! Very happy with my collection of sauces which range from mild to extreme!
