I bought some long life milk. On breakfast it made the breakfast tangy and was fizzy on my tongue? The carton kept getting bloated.
It was hard to find someone to query this with. Eventually got through to a Chinese couple who could barely speak English. They gave me a wrong number to ring for my query.
I rang the number it was a dead phone number. The man had fobbed me off.
Not very professional.
Somehow i mamged to find another number online. I rang it and spoke to another woman who said this was not normal and that i should email the pictures to the investigation department.
I sent an email and loads of pictures to them.
I queried the issue multiple times. I have been constantly ignored. I suspect they are arranging someone from NASA to come and collect a sample so it can be sent to the moon or Jupiter for analysis.
I won't be buying the produce again from Crediton. This is the end of me buying Moo milk. I will be passing the information to HSE and environmental health.
It is clear the company don't care if Moo Milk makes customers ill.
I am appalled at the lack of professional responsibilities this company has and its total disregard to investigate complaints.
I think its a Chinese company.
EVERYONE BOYCOTT SECOND GRADE MOO MILK.
Is moo milk actually made from cows milk or is it a CHEAP chinese chemical alternative?
They have since ignored my emails.
As you can see from pictures i was just lead along.

Having purchased a carton of semi skimmed milk long life,on the 27/07/25,I put it into a cool cupboard ,came to use it and it had blown up,sour milk everywhere.
Phoned customer services,who stated I needed to email them,which I did on the 28/07/25,finally contacted me,and stated that the milk would not have caused me problems if I had drunk it,(WHAT)???
They then said I would receive some vouchers for my inconvenience, on the 29/08/25,BUT GUESS WHAT STILL WAITING 15 days later
Do not care about customers

In the last 6 weeks, I had 3 packs of milk with sour milk inside and solids.
I got very sick the first time so be careful.
I also emailed them but they didn't reply.
DON'T BUY THIS MILK

crediton dairy is the makers of moo milk, on the packaging they claim big taste and full of taste. what taste! we have tried banana and chocolate, the banana had no taste at all, it tasted like cardboard it was thin and watery and made my friend feel sick. And the chocolate one was??? well! that was tasteless it had no flavour what so ever it looked like chocolate milk however it tasted and smelled of nothing.
there are better milk drinks out there just avoid moo milk
