I have bought the items on 20 Jan 25 and thier website said it take 7 t0 15 working days for delivery I have not recived my package yet. I made a mistake buying from them and they are replaying my emails as its been busy period. I wish If I read the reviews before I made my undelivered purchased..

My order was for a ring on January 30th 2025 paid to have item sent in three days. I emailed them only to be told they were at a busy part of the season. I waited over 1 week with no product still. It is now February 22, 2025. No item still. I messaged them again and no response. Fraudulent site. In my opinion. 🤔

I have emailed customer service twice to check re my order. No reply and still not arrived. Please advise.

I placed an order with this online store on 22 January. I am wondering if I will ever receive my goods as I am still waiting! I am very annoyed as my goods was a birthday present for my sister which was a week ago. I've emailed 3 times now only to be told it's a busy period. Now they aren't bothering to acknowledge me. It's an upsetting experience 😕😕

Toujours pas reçu ma commande du 21 janvier. En plus ils inondent ma boite mail je reçois 1 message par jour avec des offres. Mais arrêtez !!!!! Vous n’êtes pas capable de livrer. Malhonnête

I placed an order on their website site for three rings. Then I received an email saying that those items were still waiting in my shopping cart. So I ordered the same thing again. I sent an email to service-chicherjewelry.com asking if they received either of my orders, though I haven’t received any purchase receipts and received an email saying:

“Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
service-chicherjewelry
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now. Please try resending the message later.”

So I tried emailing again later and haven’t gotten any kind of purchase receipt. Have any of you received a purchase receipt?? Plus I’d like to hear from the company directly as to where my order is.

It was good. The experience was fine and it was very easy to understand.

Señores, hicimos el pedido de un anillo el 2 de noviembre 2024 y han transcurrido 3 meses y la última noticia que tuvimos después de varios mails, fué que recién iban a fabricarlo. Realmente estamos decepcionados de la compra que hicimos, fué un regalo de Navidad. Su empresa anuncia todos los días sus nuevas joyas, pero la comercialización de ellas es deplorable. Les pedimos que tomen en serio sus políticas de envío y que nos respondan a la brevedad posible sobre este pedido. Muchas gracias. Quito, Ecuador

I have been so excited waiting on my package it says that it was delivered on the 8th in my mailbox but it's not there has not been there any help with finding out what could have happened because the phone number that I found is not in service

I ordered my ring a ciuple of weeks ago and not received anything as yet. Please tell me that I am not buying from a false company

I received my order which did take longer than I expected. When I received it I was not at all happy with the quality look of the ring so I immediately looked into returning the ring. I have done as asked and took a picture of what they requested and they emailed me back saying the return would cost to much and I should consider keeping the ring. I told them no thank you as I would not wear the ring and now it's been almost 4 days with still no response on where to send the ring back to and how tonget a refund. You only give a limited time to return it and I feel like they are stalling. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a ring a month ago. No response through email. Chat. Or phone calls. It's as if they disappeared. Beware doing business with this company

I never got the ring i ordered. Their telephone is disconnected. And their ChatBot doesn't answer. Looks like i was scammed for $114. 😢
