TERRIBLE! It is plastic and poor quality. Not what I ordered and no one is responding to my request to return the items.

Fabulous selection, great images, detailed description above all great craftsmanship and value for money. Love all my pieces purchased to date, the collection keeps growing 😊

Very very very bad , I bought a Jewelery worth $255 and it’s damaged in courier , no one responds to my emails , this is so bad customer service , they take all the money and don’t help the clients. .

Pls pls don’t buy from them .

I ordered a ring February 20th. It's March 11, and still haven't received my order. No communication, no tracking, no anything.
I'm starting to believe they're a scam.

If I could rate 0 I would. Placed my order Feb 7th. I immediately noticed after I received confirmation the address was some how jumbled and missing my apt #. Not sure how that happened so I reached out through chat and email. I recieved this responce: Hi,
Pls note that we've modified the address as per your request. Pls wait for it. Thank you.

I checked daily to see if my order address was corrected. No update still showing wrong address. I sent numerous emails back and even requested a refund twice. Still nothing. It's now almost been a month. Order still says processing. Money of course not returned. And address still showing incorrect on order. What a disaster.

***Update. After posting this review I finally got a responce saying my refund will be processed. It had been 5 days. Still no refund. Next steps is I will.report them to BBB and make a report for fraudulent buisness practices, as well as contact my credit card company to try and reverse charges. I just sent another email telling them they have 24 hrs to refund.

Also as far as them stating below they didn't have copy of me asking for refund, only address change, I have all correspondence, and it will be provided to BBB. ****

I haven’t received my order and I ordered mine February 18 and also with no tracking number or anything but they were quick to take my money.

Ordered in January. It’s now March. Still not arrived. Every time I email they said to wait.
I requested a refund, they still wanted me to wait. I raised a dispute via PayPal- they now say I can only have refund if I cancel the dispute. Errrr, no.
Avoid at all costs - total sham

placed an order or February 11th still haven’t received any updated, emails back, or text back from customer support and my birthdays is coming i really wanted that piece

Service client catastrophique, ils répondent à vos mails quand ça leur chante et la seule chose qu’il savent écrire c’est « soyez patient » - je pense que je ne recevrais jamais ma commande. 160€ perdu…. - évitez cette entreprise d’arnaque et achetons des produits Français.

I have bought the items on 20 Jan 25 and thier website said it take 7 t0 15 working days for delivery I have not recived my package yet. I made a mistake buying from them and they are replaying my emails as its been busy period. I wish If I read the reviews before I made my undelivered purchased..
