I’m not sure why they have express shipping. I paid for express shipping and still had to wait. Almost 3 weeks to get my product. Terrible customer service no explanation to why and no refund.

Problems with sayabling been ongoing since January,emailed Irene countless times.ordered the wrong item by mistake, was asked to send back, had to pay to send it back. I wanted to replace for a necklace, they asked for another $30 which I have sent and they have acknowledged they received,after repeatedly trying to contact them they just keep sending the same old emails back and i have never received my necklace

First the website says silver (no way it's silver because the copper it's showing after 1 week of wearing the bracelet! It's trash jewelry. I order size 7 and got size 8. Why China can't make good honest products 😕

I had one ring in my order that I did not like and wanted to return. Not going to happen. They kept coming up with deals I would take and then they would change after agreement. I gave up and just not speaking to them ever again. Too frustrating for cheap and cheaply made jewelry.
