they do not use the real thing.. their products are made of Brass--which turns silver into pinks / greens etc.
i really doubt the stones are real as well..
i bought a $100. ring and just after a couple months i can no longer wear it..i have sent them photos but thay say it shows nothing on the photos and to do them over again?

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was very disappointing. Communication felt unprofessional, unclear, and not customer-oriented at all. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I felt ignored and frustrated during the process. A brand should know how to communicate respectfully and professionally with people, and sadly that was missing here. I expected a much better experience.
