Damaged item receive poor customer service not willing to refund

Sir, recently purchased a ring from this website and my experience was awful so what happened my ring came broken. The stone was missing and then on top of that. It doesn’t look anything closer to what was advertised so I reached out to the customer service very politely and ask them for a solution and they said we’re gonna send you another ring but I was already very disappointed so I said you know what this was a gift for someone and I don’t want just another ring so just refund my money. I wanna send you this ring back but they were so pushy. They said we’re gonna send you another ring. I said no I don’t want another ring. I said I want my refund so mind you I bought this string for $127 and some cents but they were willing to give me $20 refund which is nothing close to the amount that I paid and then they sent I said no I want full refund. They said oh we will make another ring. Do my choosing this ring. This is our heart article very popular best seller. I said I don’t. I just want my money back and I’m happy to send back the ring because I haven’t worn it. Honestly it’s still in the packaging so with all that given situation and back-and-forth communication they just stopped responding. I gave a review on their website, nobody reached back to me. They have a very poor Customer Service. They are so pushy and it looks like they don’t have a transparent refund or return policy. All the reviews on their websites are fake because the rings looks different than what I receive and the reviews are very, very different and general. I feel like these are paid reviews. I’m very disappointed. I will not recommend this to anyone. Please save yourself time and energy and go in person and buy something that you can touch intangible not like this from this spooky website.

To clarify, when you first informed us that the ring damaged, we immediately took responsibility and offered a replacement free of charge. While the replacement ring was being prepared, you decided that you preferred a full refund instead. We promptly issued a full refund on May 15, and and did not request the return of the original ring, in order to make the resolution as simple and convenient as possible for you.

We apologize if it seemed that we were not responding to your messages. In fact, the refund had already been processed, which is why no further correspondence was needed. You can check with your bank, as the refund has been successfully completed.

All of our rings are handmade, and while we take great care in production, a very small risk of stone loosening exists. We continuously improve our craftsmanship and remain committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

These are PREMIUM SCAMMERS

These are PREMIUM SCAMMERS. I ordered ring set and it took much longer to be sent. They were not communicating with me. When they finally said the rings were ready, I asked for expedited shipping and paid $50 for it…..it took 3 weeks for the delivery to arrive.
The rings looked nice at first, after a week I lost 1 stone. I informed them and sent a picture. I lost more stones and sent pictures.It’s been 3 weeks wearing the rings and there are more than 5 stones lost. I only wear the rings to work and remove them when I get home. I work a simple desk job so I don’t handle anything heavy. They have not responded to any of my emails.

What an absolute disgusting company

What an absolute disgusting company, I placed my order on February 5th, we are now mid March and my order has still not been dispatched, I have been lied to time and time again, I’ve opened a dispute with my bank and this company informed me that they cannot dispatch my order while a dispute is open, another lie, I’ve asked a number of times for my order to be cancelled and issue a refund with no joy, so I’m currently out money and my order

Lifetime Warranty is useless and they do not offer returns.

They do not accept returns. Instead they convince you to send them more money for another item at a discounted price. Also, their Lifetime Warranty means nothing!!! I ordered a ring and it lost 2 stones after only a few wears. They refused to fix the ring or replace it. DO NOT BUY from this Company!!!

The shipping process is also ridiculously long.

Don’t order from this company

I’m Jan 26, /26 I ordered a sterling silver oval cut engagement ring. I received the ring on 2/16/26 the ring was to small . I ordered a 5/1-2 I got a size 4.5
I tried calling could not contact the vendor because they don’t clear their message. Even sent emails.,so I contacted PayPal strange how they answered the phone then. To make. Long story short after that I sent the ring back along with the gift. To the address it came from . I insured the item and they had to sign for it. The vendor refused to give me my refund. Please whatever you do don’t order from the company. They answer when you order however after that their mailbox stay full. Plus I was told. It should have went to Asia . However it came from an address in California I would have sent it to Asia if they would have responded. Needless to say I’m out of the ring and the 129.00
Not good business! Stay away from this company.

Don't buy!

Buyer beware...I ordered a 3ct ring to wear when traveling so as not to wear my real ring. First it took almost 45 days to receive. Then when I received the ring it is nowhere near a 3 carat ring ...closer to 1.5 or 2. And definitely did not look like the advertised ring. I am totally disappointed. Don't buy from these people.

Dime store quality. Poor service.

Product purchased is dime-store quality, far below expectations for the price paid. Customer service proved exceptionally poor. Rather than issuing a return label promptly, the company, which is based in China, prolonged correspondence over several days, repeatedly attempting to upsell additional items or offer discounts for future purchases. Their approach lacked professionalism and integrity.

To process a return, the company required U.S. customers to ship the item back via China Post (or a similar service referred to as ‘China Express’) and explicitly instructed customers to declare the item’s value on the customs form as significantly lower, approximately one-tenth of the actual purchase price, to evade import tariffs or duties. Such instructions constitute customs fraud and place the customer at legal risk.

Ultimately, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback dispute through my credit card issuer to recover the funds. Prospective buyers should exercise extreme caution with this seller.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I ordered rings in the size I thought was correct. When the merchandise arrived the rings were too small. I asked the company to exchange the rings for a larger size and was told I have to send the rings back to the factory in Asia at great expense to me. Their website does not state this. My New Years resolution is to never buy…

My New Years resolution is to never buy from company's online without checking trustpilot first. Lesson learned after being burned numerous times, especially with jewellery. It's been a month since I ordered at this point and tracking is still showing that the package has not left China. If it every turns up, I feel I will be disappointed still based on reviews about quality. $200 for a ring isn't nothing, I'd have been better off hitting the jewellery store sales. Don't fall for the glittery edited images.
