The radiator is beautiful
The radiator is beautiful, the black fittings all look great, only issue is the black seal/bleed valves I bought would not seal so I had to use the original chrome ones and communication to return these was poor/non-existent.

Can’t praise you enough 5 stars seem so little. The driver was amazing the heaters are all so beautiful. My house is being renovated so not on yet but i honestly can’t wait to get them all on. Excellent value for money and the best service I’ve had in such a long time. Even exchanging one was so easy. Refunded 2 days later. Highly recommend Chelsea Supplies.

Be honest with I just opened the box this morning to measure the distance between the pipes with valves in position to ensure the distance between the two inlet & outlet pipes. Looks good. It is not going to be installed till middle of August. I bought radiators from you in the past . I also recommend you to my son & other friends as well.

Excellent service, I phoned to check delivery dates and the girl I spoke to was really helpful and had my order shipped that day.
The radiator is good quality and was delivered next day as promised.

This was my first purchase from Chelsea…
This was my first purchase from Chelsea Supplies. On this particular occasion, when searching for a designer radiator to match the ones I have installed elsewhere in my property, I found Chelsea Supplies appeared to offer a good all-round shopping experience. They appeared to offer a quality product with an extensive warranty and a convenient delivery service, all with a reasonable price tag. Having experienced some disappointment with previous vendors, I decided to give them a go. I have to say that at this point, I am not disappointed. My first delivery slot did not go to plan, but Cheslea Supplies simply rearranged it at short notice without any hullabaloo... inspection of the radiator revealed it was well packaged and protected during transit. I can say this because the box did show some damage, but the product inside was not. The radiator appears to be well made. The paint finish is a bright white gloss, exactly as advertised, unlike others that I have purchased elsewhere, that were more of a cream/off-white in reality. Unfortunately, I have not installed it as a yet as I am in the midst of refurbishment, However, I cannot foresee any issues with its functionality, and I'm confident it will look great in the in the completed room. If the opportunity allows, I'll submit an update at that time.
