It took them sometime to tell me that they didn't deliver to the isle of wight and then said it would cost me another £145 to get it delivered but their didn't tell me that when the took the order but seems strange as they had already delivered a rad to me a couple of months earlier

Lovely style of radiators, very pleased with product.

We recently purchased 4 Milan Horizontal radiators in anthracite grey and we could not be happier with the quality or design. The entire process was efficient from order to delivery, the delivery driver even waited for me to drive the short distance from work to home!
We have yet to test the BTU output but we’re happy so far.

When ordered online, it was supposed to be 48 hours delivery. Then got an email to say it was coming in 4 days time, but never turned up. After getting in touch several times, it was delivered after 12 days and I missed my plumber appointment. 🤨😏😒👎👎. It should have been 1 star but I gave it 2 because I liked the radiator. If I order next time I will do it over phone and demand a guarantee for delivery time.

No complaints about the quality of the fencing or the ordering process . However the delivery experience was terrible . Phone call received stating the fencing would be delivered the following day about 11am but I would receive a phone call about an hour before delivery . This didn’t happen the driver just turned up and I asked him if he would put the fencing round the back of the house . He flatly refused this request and stated it was company policy just to drop it all at the front of the house . Absolutely terrible customer service will not be buying anything from this company again !! .
