The delivery date was told Monday and…
The delivery date was told Monday and then got a call from the company saying that they had a van breakdown of which I questioned and only to be notified that they didn’t know where the van broke down and that information is not available
I emailed them and they responded that it’s coming Wednesday and on Wednesday received nothing then on another wasted day then got email response that I will be getting delivery next day with text messages confirming of which it eventually got delivered
Disappointed is an understatement as this wasted time and resources they can never pay me for as time is money on a job

This was explained to you during our phone call as soon as we became aware of the issue. Our team then contacted all affected customers to advise that deliveries would need to be rescheduled.
Our priority in these situations is to keep customers informed and arrange the next available delivery slot as quickly as possible. Once this was confirmed, the revised delivery date was communicated to you via email, and your order was successfully delivered on the next available delivery run.
Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
