They advertise unbelievably cheap fares on comparison websites, take your payment, then tell you the flight is “not confirmed” and make you wait. They then offer a much more expensive alternative while warning that prices are rising.
Now DOUBLED THE PRICE THAN THE AIRLINE ITSELF!!!
Scott pressured me to buy a much more expensive ticket, saying prices are “dynamic” and could increase at any moment.
I have screenshots showing the advertised price before and after it increased. I emailed these to them repeatedly, yet they claimed they never received them!!
Then I requested a full refund, I was told that even the refund would take several weeks to be confirmed!!
This feels like a very concerning business practice. Read the negative reviews — many describe a very similar experience.
I am now escalating this to my bank and relevant authorities and providing all evidence.
DON'T BE tempted by the cheap price. Check the fare directly with the airline and avoid getting trapped in this process.

CHEAPFLY - Stay away absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, I purchased a ticket which said pending and I would receive my eticket in 24-48 hours, which I didn’t receive instead I received a phone saying the price for my ticket was no longer available and they wanted another payment for double the amount, when I said don’t bother and asked for a refund it was refused which left me no choice other than to pay the money to get my ticket, they also told me the flight I booked was no longer available and I had to choose a different day, upon checking I saw there was a flight available on my chosen day. A week later they tried to charge my credit card with a further $565 but fortunately they could not process the payment without an authorisation code which gets sent to my phone.
DO NOT USE CHEAPFLY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS and Fraudulently try and take more money from you.
I have proof you tried to take more money from my credit card a week after you made me pay extra for it, and you already had the credit card number on file I never gave it to you again but I needed to give you the pin sent to my phone from the bank.

This is a review of Scott not the company! The company cheapfly is a scam! Scott was extremely helpful despite the company he works for. We are elderly and hearing impaired so he was very patient and tried all avenues to find the best solution to accommodate our requirements. Finally after several hours of going through our options of airlines, times etc, he found a flight. His after care continued with emails, phone calls etc. He was thorough, patient and listened to our needs, I highly recommend Scott but will be putting a review on Google re this company.

Booked flights, money taken from my card and then was told that price was no longer available and the next available ticket for same dates was double the price, which was way more than what was currently still showing on their website. Total scam. I did receive my money back eventually.
