Good Mattress But Divan Base was Poor!
The mattress was great - firm orthopedic. Very comfortable! What I wanted.
The divan base was very poor quality. The damask fabric used to cover the wooden base frame was very thin and the wooden frame could be seen through the damask fabric. The castors did not stay in the base fittings as most of the them were very loose! A couple of the castor fittings fell out of the base frame! Very disappointing!

Delivery quick, service lacking
I ordered a double divan and it was delivered the very next day, which was fantastic.
The issues I have, hence the three stars, relate to lack of response to two separate emails. The bed was missing two headboard attachment bolts, so I emailed requesting two be sent out (over a week ago) no response.
Their website also displays a price match policy, and I found the exact same model £20 cheaper on their Ebay site (well, run by same people from same building, same phone lines etc). I emailed asking for the price difference back. No response to this email either.

Terrible! Avoid like the plague!
I ordered my bed and mattress on 13/06/16 and paid same day. I chose Friday 17/06/2016 as delivery date using their website booking.
I got SagePay and their own separate confirmations by email less than 20 minutes later.
So I took the confirmed delivery date off work. On the delivery day they phoned me to tell me it will be delivered the following Monday and I said absolutely not because I work and had to take today off. The guy on the phone said I didn't confirm Friday as my delivery day and I said well isn't it coincidental how you phone me out of the blue on the delivery day to say it won't be delivered until Monday? I got no answer other than I can choose a Saturday delivery for an extra £35!
I said no since its your mistake for not delivering on the day I chose almost a week ago and you confirmed and accepted my payment that they should give me a Saturday delivery at no extra charge. The guy on the phone then gave a chuckle down the phone and said "Nah we will refund you".
Terrible service and no regard for the customer. Avoid them like the plague, there are plenty of alternative suppliers who offer the same goods for roughly the same price. There is no shortage of cheap bed distributors in the UK.
