Cheap Bed Sale Omdömen 

Bought a new king size bed (bed in a box) and mattress from Cheap Bed Sale. They phoned up to arrange a delivery time that suited us for when someone would be home. The quality of the bed is excellent as is the mattress. Didn't take to long to assemble the bed, about 2 hours all in all. Would definitely recommend them.

Not bad beds, but if my budget had aloud for more i would of spent more! arrived when they said they would.

Had no problems with purchase or delivery of bed.Quality of bed was quite good and good value for money.

Ordered and arrived in less than 48hrs. Phoned to confirm delivery day and also phoned 30 mins ahead of delivery, none of this 8am-6pm delivery slot that infuriates you. Bed is good quality and great value for money. I'd have no hesitation in using Cheap Bed Sales again.

i needed 2 complete Divans within a budget delivering within 24 hours. A quick check on the internet, a quick telephone call to a really helpful lady. Everything all done. Delivered the next day in the morning, Really happy. Would recommend to anyone.

When i found cheap bed sale online i could not believe how cheap it was for the bed base and the mattress i could not resist to put in an order straightaway. When my delivery arrived i unpacked everything and wasn't 100% sure how to put the bed together so went straight onto the website and did the live chat box and within seconds someone was there and explaining to me what to do.

Cannot fault them at all there customer service is fantastic, oh and i forgot to say they do FREE DELIVERY aswell

Easy to order, delivery fast, 3rd party driver vary pleasant, beds and mattresses well wrapped (protected). Works perfectly. None of the defects mentioned by others present. Mattresses if anythiing better quality than could have expected. Only very small "fault" was cosmetic in that the sides of the beds were a slightly different shade to the mattresses. As they will always have sheets on no-one else will ever know ... really pleased with purchase, well done.

ordered 2 days before Xmas - got next day delivery exactly as promised (in the am). surprised at quality of product considering price - very deep (9"+) and medium firm mattress as described - would recommend

The bed arrived on time and it is superb

I ordered a bed for my daughter a month ago. They delivered within a couple of days but it was damaged upon delivery. I phoned them up that same day to ask them to pick it back up as it was damaged & that i was very disappointed. The lady on the phone was as nice as pie & said that the courier company would call me the following day & said that the turn around was normally quite quick. After a week of waiting, I rung the company again to ask what was happening as the bed hadn't been picked up & nobody had rung me. I was told it would be chased up. After many many more phone calls & emails the courier company phoned me & arranged to pick it up within 2-3 days. After the 3rd week, i rung & emailed the company again to ask where my refund was for the faulty bed. I was told it would be processed within the next couple of days. I have now threatened them with trading standards as a month later I still have not been refunded my £160. The courier guy also said that there were other customers with the same issues!!

I have used them before to buy a divan with mattress and service and products excellent. I would use again and recommend to anyone.

Ordered a bed for next day delivery as we had some friends heading over at short notice. Ordering was easy but lacked in communication on the progress of the order, only one email confirming payment. For updates I had to call the office.
Delivery was interesting, I was told by the sales office that delivery would be at 4:50pm after a few calls back and forth to the office around the time of delivery and up to 6pm when they closed was less than helpful. The toad that was in the office lied to me on several occasions he said he was tracking the driver and he was just around the corner from my address (5:20pm) at 5:50pm I called back and asked where the delivery was he told me that he would get the driver to call me directly. Surprise surprise no call back and then the lines in the office closed. The delivery finally turned up at 8:30pm - the driver could not be more apologetic as he had been all over the country and confirmed that he was actually in Wales when the the sales guy in the office told me he was just around the corner.
Delivery man for his first day was great and I felt very sorry for the poor guy who still had a 2 hour drive home to make. A++++ for this guy.
Overall not a bad experience but very angry that I was LIED to by the sales guy in the office. What a jerk off!!
For price great product but would think twice before using this company again.

Pleased with finished product except had to get someone to drill another hole in one end of the long centre rail. Shad not been pre drilled both sides to allow screw through for fixing nut. The plastic on the mattress was very dirty and the cardboard on the corners of the actual mattress were wet and smelled awful. Fortunately the mattress was not affected and despite this I ask very pleased with the finished result and worth the money.

It is a very good quality bed that looks nice and helps to save room in your bedroom. The mattress is comfy and resistant; drawers are practical.

It is easy to assemble which for me that is a plus

Ordered a 4th 6in divan bed and base with no drawers model Chester at £169.99 but received model Rainbow. On complaining was told the beds are the same which seems peculiar as Rainbow is £25 more expensive. Was told I should be happy as it is just a budget bed.
The photograph on the website showed the base with drawers - it should have made it clear that if a base without drawers is supplied then the base will have openings where the drawers would have fitted and these are merely covered with thin fabric. This makes the base very unattractive - a further drawback is the pale wood from which the base is made has several very dirty marks which are very visible through the thin fabric covering which itself has oil marks. A valance cover is really necessary to dress the bed
