Bed arrived next day, well packed, and good quality.
This bed was an unusual size, which was not only in stock, but also in the colour combination I wanted.

Good value for money. Excellent after sales service. Rang on day of order to confirm delivery and rang again twice on day of delivery, one to confirm delivery and second call from driver half hour before delivery.
Would strongly recommend.

Well I just can't fault the service received! Ordered one morning and received bed the following afternoon! Easy set up and customer service (both online chat and on phone ) were amazing! Dad sleeping better and finding it a firm but comfortable bed, would recommend

The bed came on time, was great quality, was easy to put together and is actually beautiful and very reasonably priced. Delivery man (Kirk) did a fantastic job
However, Sales/customer service team are a disgrace, have inadequate customer service skills and overall do not have telephone manners. Such a shame because everything else was fine, but giving a 5 star is not only about the product but the service you provide with that product and the service was woahful. Therefore the 2 star is in respect to the bed.

Despite a small misunderstanding about delivery date due to Bank Holiday Monday we are very pleased with both the service and the bed.
We only wanted a spare double bed for occasional family visitors so chose the best value from the Cheap Beds website.
We placed the order on Sunday afternoon. Monday was the Bank Holiday so they were closed. We were phoned on Tuesday afternoon to tell us that delivery would be on Wednesday but it may be late. True to their word it was late - arriving at 8.10pm! - but it WAS Wednesday so we can't complain - that is what we were told. That is what we got!
The delivery guy was pure magic taking the two base sections and mattress up two flights of stairs single handed. I (66 year old) might have managed it myself but it would have been a struggle, particularly the heavy mattress.
My advice is to ignore the winging 1* reviews and give them a try.

Thank you cheapbedsale, I love the new bed, paid £199 for a 4x6ft orthopedic double and it gives me the best night's sleep I've had. But on the delivery I was told that the driver should arrive in the "late morning", so I left to be there at the delivery address by 8.30 am. While I was on my way at about 8.15 am the guy called me and told me he was already there! I was lucky he agreed to wait for me 10 minutes or this would have been a problem and I now would be complaining about the service instead of praising it, but all's well that ends well and I'm happy with my purchase.

Bed came foulty. Divan bed raised that makes mattress uneven. And mattress itself is 140+ wide not 135 as stated in description. So all my double fitted sheets are useless now. Very dissapointed and can't even return it because notices foults after sleeping in bed for a few nights. Very dissapointed and can't even leave a review on their website because they don't want people to see how bad it is.

I ordered a bed on at around 9pm on Tuesday evening and I was promised delivery by Thursday between 7am and 6pm. I got a phone call from the delivery driver about 45 minutes before he delivered - he arrives at 1.55pm! Absolutely fantastic service and the bed I ordered was decent quality for the price. Thank you

Next day delivery confirmed on payment - but no delivery - day 2 - no delivery ! What rubbish - still waiting for delivery and an explanation. Terrible customer service

Good selection of Large single beds (3'6"), had great communication via email with Rebecca regarding the delivery. The delivery was on time, the driver Faton called 20 minutes before he arrived and got the bed frame and mattress in to the house with no issues.
The only slight problem I came across was that the wooden slats didn't quite fit inside the bed frame, but a quick trim with a saw and all is now good and my son is very happy with his new bed.

Fast and free next day delivery on this divan. Arrived in less that 24 hours from placing the order. Well wrapped in two layers of polythene with cardboard corner protectors.

Nicely finished in cream faux-leather. Sturdy and creak-free! Basically two boxes on castors joined by two plastic clips ... exactly the same as more expensive options.
