Do not use this unprofessional company
Everything was standard until renewal, I found insurance £255 cheaper elsewhere so when I tried to stop my renewal I found I was unable to do this online, then when I tried via the online chat that just sent me round in circles. I then had to ring, when I did I was met with a very rude person on the other end who was unhelpful and abrupt. I did not receive an email to confirm my renewal stopped, I could only see this when I logged back into the portal. Then I had to get my No claims proof.... Requested this twice via phone call, again very rude and hung up on once, was told by email I'd receive it when they received it from the Insurer, emailed them again this morning demanding this document and as if by magic I received it later today. Will never use this company again. Unprofessional, Ignorant and rude!

Outstanding customer service
Having bought an unoccupied property policy yesterday the system wouldn’t let me log into the customer zone to access the documents. Based on this I did leave a one star review. Around three hours later I was contacted by Kiaran Pillay from their customer service team. He patiently listened to my issue and sent a couple of links and talked me through whereby I created a new account and password linked to my new policy. This allowed me then to access and download my policy documents. Kiaran was extremely helpful and patience and a credit to his employer. I’ve since changed my review to five stars based on Ceta’s customer services. Also the policy meets all my needs and the price was extremely competitive. I will be back.

Very happy
Slight hiccup with the online application for my boat insurance so I called them. Call answered quickly, really helpful and friendly staff. Had my insurance sorted in one call. Had one query so I called the support people, again very quick response and issue resolved very quickly.

Insurance made easy
Buying insurance isn’t my idea of fun but it doesn’t always have to be painful. After filling in online forms and receiving some quotes I was surprised to receive a follow up phone call only minutes later. Mateo was really helpful, and convinced me to go ahead with a bit of a discount but without being pushy. Very pleased to have this crossed off my to do list!
