Seriously annoying!
The phone is answered by an answerphone with a ridiculously long, annoying message in a horrible voice. Then you get put through to the AI bot (which calls itself Sandra or somesuch for no apparent reason). It asks you what you want and regardless of what you say, it tells you to look at the website. Then it cuts you off. Then you dial again and listen to all the annoying, useless rubbish again, and then it cuts you off again. Then you dial again and ask to speak to a human and half an hour has elapsed and they are closed. Useless and annoying. If they thought their AI bot was any good, they'd leave it running 24/7 to genuinely help customers so they must know they are rubbish.
