Becca was good and dealt with my issue…
Becca was good and dealt with my issue well today.
The downside was that I rang early in the year to cancel this policy and obviously it was not cancelled and I received an email yesterday staying my policy will be renewed automatically!!
Also your call center is shocking due to the background policy discussions, it was very hard to hear Becca speak!!

getting to speak to a member of staff on the phone is a nightmare , trying to get through on an automated phone line would put anyone off.

Excellent customer service
I had given up trying to buy house insurance online when the phone rang. I was asked if I needed assistance completing the online comparison form. I was given a lot of help by Yolander who was able to help with a non standard insurance policy. I was able to check online that the call was genuine while we were talking.
I'm happy with the purchase which was competitive and had to be completed without delay.

Boat Insurance Cover
I made enquiries about insurance cover for my boat late last night.
This morning I received a call from the insurer to discuss the options .
Wendy was extremely helpful and was able to advise about the levels of cover available. The premium was reasonable.

They took money from my account to…
They took money from my account to renew a policy that I had not agreed to auto renew. Also they've obviously kept my debit card details on file. I'm now overdrawn at the bank! Had to phone again today to ask again for a confirmation of cancellation email that was promised yesterday.
