The customer service agent, Mene, was outstanding. He was very patient and understanding throughout our telephone conversation, bearing in mind I have an ear infection and often needed him to repeat questions!

Parasitic capitalism on display.
Bought a policy for a house we were selling. It was not unclear that it was 1) only a 6 month policy 2) unrefundable.
It did not suit our needs as we had to be able to cancel upon selling.
CETA refused to cancel and refund.
A disreputable and parasitic company. I will never use them again. £235 wasted.
