Efficient, good value, polite

Great price with low excess on the buildings policy, but could not get the online system to accept my payment - it just said 'processing' for ever!
Tried three time with no success.
So I rang and spoke to Moh who seemed to know of the online payment issue and offered to help.
He then had to repeat every detail of the policy (which he did at great speed) and eventually he took my payment.
Next issue - received the welcome email.

Clicking on the ‘Customer Zone’ for the policy details takes me to a page with this warning which I’m reluctant to use.

"This website may be impersonating secureceta.co.uk to steal your personal or financial information. Please close this page"

Please advise a secure way into my policy details.

I sent a few emails which were not answered and after 3 days had a "postmaster" message saying the mailbox was full so they hadn't been delivered. I also spent HOURS on the 'phone on hold, but eventually got through. The deal I had been offered in January was no longer available. I was offered renewal at £1008, but eventually this came down to £512-odd: still not as good as January's £366, but better than £1008! Thank goodness Moh was willing to help! He was very professional, but communications with the company up to the point that I got through to him leave a lot to be desired.

Prompt response to phone call. Nick was very helpful and read out all the information I had filled in and checked it was correct. I am very satisfied with the amount I am being charged for Home insurance with this company.

Ceta insurance were slow and largely unresponsive to my emails and queries, other than for one person - Nathan Anderson - who was efficient, quick on the uptake and fully addressed relevant questions.
